The room felt so safe and sturdy (brick framework). It was spacious, with a very good size table along the wall underneath the TV. The room also featured a square dining table with two chairs, along with a separate single sofa seat, which was great. The lighting was excellent and the room was spotless. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly. The bed, pillows and linen were all very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a very large, well-lit mirror which spanned across the width of a very wide basin bench (from one wall to the other). There was a very good amount of bench space, and the tiles were nice and clean. The shower, although a little smaller than expected, had a large shower head and excellent water pressure. The toilet, located next to the shower, was spotless.

The only thing that I didn't think was great was the bathroom fan. Although it functioned, it wasn't strong enough to eliminate all of the steam when the shower was in use (there was no window to open). This is, of course, only a minor point and does not, in any way, detract from the cozy and comfortable stay we had.

I loved how kind and helpful the staff were. They helped us get a room on the ground floor and made sure we could find dinner in town on the public holiday with all the closures. I’m always thrown away to meet such nice people like this, as their kindness just makes your stay even better.

Nothing I can really fault. We found the mattresses a little stiff for our liking, but we have bad backs so that’s not their fault.

You can not get a better location in Horsham. It is within a block of the main street of the town where they are cafes, pubs and takeaway. The most central location of all hotels in town. There is even a hotel next door. In summer the swimming pool would be great. The shower was beautiful and strong flow and warm. The owners are very helpful and obliging about any requests. .

There is nothing that I do not like with the motel. There is limited space for larger vehicles. All the positives overshadow any negatives. Could still hear the train, cars and trucks in a distance, but still got a good sleep.

Easy access to the centre of Horsham. Great location Especially loved the gorgeous seating around the pool - just beautiful to sit there at night. Very quiet. The room was very spacious and very clean. Wonderful friendly welcome on arrival. Thank you

The motel is in an excellent location, close to the city and the location of my function. The staff were welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The brick walls in the room make it dark and a bit gloomy. To lift the room's atmosphere, I suggest rendering and painting one of the walls white.

This place is close to town center and walking distance to shops, it is very clean and staffs are very friendly. We were stayed over Easter holiday and staff offered Easter Eggs just in front of our door for surprise.

If the room could have phone that can call to reception and other room it makes lot more easier for communication.

The location was very good. The lady at reception was friendly & efficient. She was also informative and made good recommendations about dining. We were there for only one night. Yes, I would recommend this place for a short stay. We really liked the "White Hart Hotel" around the corner. Good food & wine and good service.

Good quiet location very close to all amenities. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Well appointed. Convenient parking onsite. Bathroom has been recently renovated.

Slightly dated, however very practical with respect.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable room/bed, central location which suited me as it was the first trip for work; super helpful owners.

Update the road sign, I missed it - you deserve a lovely yellow/bright design - your motel is lovely.
