Beautiful spacious room and nice vintage spa bath. Facilities is old but structurally solid. I just thought the sofa was a bit looking worn… maybe need a bit of cosmetic uplift in the room to make people welcomed. I think a lot of long distance travelers uses it but loved location. Very Close to a pub, petro station , car wash and a few other restaurants. All rooms were taken ( almost ok Wednesday night) . I booked spa room and really loved such big room.

The light switches were a bit confusing, and maybe to avoid thefts, bed side lamp were fixed to also the bed mattress was too firm for me. Towels probably also need some upgrade as some were fraying on the side.

We stayed in the Queen room with spa bath. Great big sized room,very clean & well presented, equipped with sofa, table & 2 chairs, fridge, microwave, & tea/coffee making facilities. Heating and cooling. Comfy bed with electric blanket if needed. Good sized bathroom. Spacious corner spa bath, & separate shower. Toilet in bathroom but with a door. Easy check-in & out, with friendly host's. Motel also has an indoor swimming pool, spa, & in the guest book it mentions game room, but never actually explored to see if they had one! Awesome location, cafe's & shops within easy walking distance.

The room was clean and well-appointed, and showed signs of having been renovated recently, The mattress was perhaps a little too firm for our taste, but many people might prefer a firm mattress. The room was quiet, even though the motel is on the highway, and the aircon/heater worked well. The staff (who was possibly the manager) was friendly and helpful. In our view, the motel room was of a very good standard, and we were happy with it.

Perfect location as I had no transport. Large room nice size new tv good flow of hot water and a comfy bed. Eateries are less than 10 mins walk, hotel next door Macca's hungry jacks KFC Subway and servos open 24/7. Very quiet environment. Friendly cooperative reception staff. 15 min walk to railway station and bus depot in one. Recommended accommodation. Peter Adelaide SA

Convenience of location within walking distance to park and shops in Main Street.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago and were impressed that it had a microwave, as well as cutlery and microwave-safe dishes. This time we didn’t have cutlery or dishes although it had a microwave as well as detergent and tea-towel. Not a major problem as we could have asked at reception for dishes and cutlery but we didn’t think about this until too late.

Spacious and clean room with usual tea and coffee making facilities plus kettle, microwave etc.

Despite the equipment available there were only mugs, cups and saucers, teaspoons and glasses but no plates or other cutlery. It didn't matter to me because I wasn't contemplating using microwave and toaster although others in our group were.

The room was large, as was the bathroom. I liked that there was a microwave, table and chairs, and a couch. The room is dated, but very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and gave us a quiet room as requested

It’s on a busy road, but if you request a quiet room you don’t hear any traffic noise. Also, a couple of plates, bowls and cutlery would be handy.

everything is excellent , cosy homy , friendly staff , it has a heated pool and spa , spacious room , comfortable bedding , even has electric blankets that keep us warm whole night .. excellent location, kfc, mcdonalds , burger king opposite the road , bistro and two petrol stations just next door

We were only there for one night, in a Superior Queen Spa room. Very spacious, and that includes the well-appointed bathroom. The Manager was extremely helpful in many ways. The accommodation was very clean and very close to everything we could have needed. The water pressure was great and there were a number of extra amenities. Finally, the breakfast was well-cooked and delivered exactly on time. What more could one ask for ...

The room for 2 was the most spacious & comfy we've ever stayed in, with parking handy. The recreation building had a big heated pool with a deep end (yay!), a spa, showers & WC, plus billiards, pingpong, and a kitchen area ....all free and in good condition. The cooked breakfast was excellent & generous, and all staff were ready to go the extra mile. We've already recommended it to friends & hope to go there one day again.

We'd have liked the recreation building to be open a little longer (e.g. for a pre-breakfast swim), but this is a minor quibble (as nothing could take away our praise of this motel!)
