Loved the location, first stop on the drive into Horsham. Easy access to the town & good family friendly facilities. (Bball court, mini golf, & jumping pillow) Rooms were freshly cleaned, and linen layed our lovely. Loved that our dog could join us on holiday with a fenced area for dogs also.

Checkin was very basic, waited for 10 minutes while on the phone to another client, no apology or acknowledgement just “yes how can I help” & very sharp responses. Didn’t find the staff friendly, but feel most people are only there short term so don’t value the customer relationship perhaps. Nights were noisy being on the highway, with walls of cabins paper thin, noticed it more the first night than the second.

We booked a cabin at Horsham Holiday Park as we were attending a festival nearby, and were pleased with our choice. The shower pressure and hot water cannot be faulted. Checking in and out was a smooth process. The room with the bunk beds might be too small for most adults, but -- luckily, in this case -- most of us were on the shorter side, and could work around it. The accommodation is located a short drive away from Horsham. Our only comment is that the ingress/egress points to the main road are a little difficult to spot at night, as there are no lights there.

Cabin-style holiday park, with carpark next to each cabin and some shared central facilities. Cabin is spacious and cosily-equipped. Bathroom has warmer and strong water pressure for a comfy shower. Large fridge with freezer available. Comfy bedroom.

Minor problems like one or two non-functioning lamp; noisy aircond unit, when silenced by switching it off, actually did help to drown out the traffic noise by trucks travelling down the highway just next to the holiday park.

Meant so much to be able to stay with our whippet when travelling to Victoria to stay with family. Our hats are off to the cleaning team. Our 2 bedroom pet cabin was the cleanest pet inclusive accommodation we have recently visited. Office staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They helped us with ease when we had to change our return date. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times travelling over to Victoria and back home and will stay again when/if we are lucky enough to have more trips ahead. 👏🏻👍🏻😃😃🐶

We were travelling as a family with pets. This park was absolutely fantastic! We were just passing through, but now we want to come back for a holiday! So much fun for the kids with a playground, jumping pillow, pool and plenty of space so the kids and dog can run around. The cabin was super clean and very comfortable. The lady at reception was so friendly. We genuinely felt welcomed. She was lovely. Now that we found this place, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else 💖

We loved everything.

The facilities were amazing. All the equipment for the kids to play was phenomenal. The shower was the best I've had in a very long time. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The beds were lovely and comfortable with ample blankets and electric blankets when needed. Air conditioning was lovely and cool and was also switched on for us to cool our room before we arrived. We will definitely be coming back to stay. We had the absolute best time ever.

The overall combination of the facilities within the cabin

This may not be achievable and does not reflect on the operation or management of the Park, but some sort of mound with shrubs along the road frontage that would at night act to baffle the truck noise. Note, I am not against the Transport industry or having a "go" at the current managers.

Comfy little cabin perfect for three of us for overnight stay on way back to Melbourne. Clean and good showers. Late check-in after reception closed worked seamlessly. Bed doonas nice and warm.

Lighting and signage on main highway entrance should be improved as arrived on dark rainy night and was very difficult to find entrance which was bit disconcerting as road busy with semi-trailer trucks!

Great for an overnight stop on our way to SA. No issues with our late arrival, comfortable beds and really good shower with regards to heat and pressure.

Just got a bit cold and quilt on main bed was very thin. Had to use additional blanket and electric blanket. Quilts on kids bunks were so fluffy and comfortable. Really not a big deal and in hindsight should have used the panel heater provided (too tired to think)

A very spacious property with plenty of sites set well back from the road. Facilities are excellent and properly maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. We hied a cabin and it was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a happy and easy stay.

Any thing we didn’t like was due to the weather, which the property can’t control. There are few to none downsides staying here.
