Great staff, very helpful with restaurant recommendations, esp as it was Easter long weekend and the whole town was booked out! Room was neat and clean, comfy bed, spacious rooms.

Pool area was very tired....fake grass was old and slippery; pool had random little bugs that had to be scooped out; there was a small 'sunken' spa away from the pool (looked like a 1m sq koi pond) and then in an opposite corner, a larger elevated spa which needed a gold coin to use - that wasn't mentioned anywhere and traditionally I don't carry coins when swimming! Given the age/conditions of pool area, it felt a bit cheap asking for $2 for the spa.. Charge all rooms and extra $2 for the pool, most probably won't use it anyway and use the extra $$ to update the facilities.

The room is what you expect from a well managed motel! 1. Late check-in option and self pickup of key options. Clear instructions to retrieve keys were texted on the day of check-in. 2. The room had everything I needed - TV, kettle, microwave, fridge, iron and board, coffee-milk and cookies! 3. Great space for a couple! Facilities such as pool and outdoor area to relax available within property. The room was well planned. 4. Quiet space and no loud neighbours. 5. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Any place that offers conditioner deserves bonus points!

Can't fault anything at the property however not super close to supermarkets/ shopping

Our room felt like coming home. Clean. Spa bath. A little out of town makes it quieter. We always stay at this motel.

The pool hours. We drive long distances and had been in towns that day of over 40 degrees. We always book for the pool but twice have missed out. This really infuriates me every time because you pay extra for a good motel but cant swim. 5pm close time on Fridays for the pool. Please check the pool closure times and plan very carefully if you like swimming. Our work schedule kills us. Even 7pm would be reasonable for the workers.

The room was surprisingly spacious, neat, clean, and there was daily room service that is not typical in the post covid era. The location is good for a traveler, it is some way from the town center but for a motel where one arrives by car it is not a problem. The room was well soundproofed from the outside, it is close to busy highway but no noise could be heard.

Carpet was a bit battered, and the bed rolled away from the wall as I moved at night. Apparently there is no 24/7 reception although there is a phone number to call in case one arrives outside of those hours.

It was a good place to stay on our way through to Victoria from Adelaide. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and fairly quiet….a little noise from trucks going by through the night but not bad enough to keep you awake. Check in was quick and easy given I had booked online. I liked the fact that it was a little further out of town.

It’s an older style motel room but has been updated over the years. The shower and bathroom were quite small but manageable.

Room 4 was simple, clean, quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed for an overnight stay after a long drive. The aircon was very efficient and quiet on a hot day; the shower was hot with great water pressure; having a microwave was very useful, with plates and cutlery provided. This all made our short stay very easy. While we didn't use the indoor pool, it looked very clean and included a spa and shallow wading pool. I imagine some guests would love this.

Nothing really ... for the price this was a great option for us. My daughter commented on the 'thin walls' and hearing guests upstairs walking across their room, but this didn't bother me 🙂

This is a great motel for a stopover between Adelaide and Melbourne. It is on the main road but very little noise. Easy parking .It is also a way out of town so you have to drive, Not walkable. but we found an excellent Thai restaurant in town which was well worth the visit. The gentleman that greeted me was chatty and friendly. If you like cats ( as i do ) the resident cat fare welled us the next morning -- Lovely

Room had everything I needed and was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and easy to check in. Great having added extras like an electric blanket and microwave...

Sadly, I could hear the guy snoring during the night in the unit next door.... so didnt get much sleep...Hence the Walls are thin. Also would be great to have a designated smoking area away from units as I had a heavy cigarette smell in my unit every time the guy outside my room, lit one up.

The room was a good size and the bed, couch and chairs were comfortable.

The lighting was poor, as there was only fluorescent lights under pellets and some didn’t work but I had a desk light with me so it wasn’t a problem . One night there were very noisy kids banging and crashing around till nearly midnight.

Not Booking.com keeping my money for the cancelled day. That's stealing.

I changed my booking but you have not refunded me and you even refuse to acknowledge all communications I have sent. Why will you not communicate with me and refund my money for the cancelled day. The property owner refuses to refund me as they say it is booking.com that has kept my money. Keeping the money is a crime so refund please.
