Very clean and comfortable motel room with two bedrooms, perfect for a short family stay. The room was well ventilated with windows on both sides with fly screens and a new air conditioner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we made an emergency short notice booking and they were very helpful. While the room itself was very basic and aged, it was the cleanest motel room I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Very central to the town, park and takeaways as well as excellent convenience store across the road at the petrol station.

I loved the convenient location, and the staff were really friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Brand new fridges, toilets and air-conditioning. My child and I were able to make a comfortable stay.

Very loud neighbours. The shower wasn't fixed properly and leaked when it ran. Some property damage but can see they are working hard to repair these. Couldn't access the guest laundry when I really needed to as it was locked.

My partner and I arrived much later than we had anticipated, and I somehow didn't select the option for payment to go through prior to arrival. We tried calling to let them know, and they got back to us saying our room was unlocked and ready for our arrival. We are first-time travellers, so we were a bit nervous about arriving so late and not getting into our room without paying first. But the owners were really understanding, we organised payment during reception hours, and they were super accommodating for anything else we needed. Thank you!!

The lady at the reception desk was welcoming and understanding when I had an issue with my card. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The inclusion of an electric blanket was a nice touch during the cold nights in Horsham.

Parking is a little tight in certain areas .

I didn’t request a quiet room, but it was quiet. I booked in last minute, knowing I would need to stop in Horsham before travelling on. It was very easy, very convenient, it was a better experience staying here than what it was at the Airbnb I booked in Adelaide.

The stay was so comfortable and the property exceeded my expectation because it was so well priced. I expected it to be very basic and found it exceptionally clean and comfortable.All our needs were met with a minimum of fuss and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice location...bit tired on the outside but could not fault a thing once inside the room...bed was comfy...nice to have actual plates , cups and cutlery...microwave , Kettle and toaster!....TV worked a treat very big screen and great wi-fi.. absolutely value for money

Dated property, could present better with a renovation, although fits the overnight stay requirement.

I was on a bike, was abit doggy with the pebble outdoor drive in and pushing the bike back to reverse park, the contact number for all after hours checkin was wrong and could not get through, it should state +61 and then the number, I assisted acouple guests with getting them intouch so they could find their room number.

It was extremely clean and very comfortable, owner was such a lovely lady and very helpful when I needed it. The shower and water pressure amazing.
