A spacious room with a couch, bistro table and extra chairs (great for enjoying takeaway/delivery food), small fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and the room was very quiet (there were quite a few other guests on the same night we were there, but we could not hear any sound from surrounding rooms). There's a very wide bench running from the door to the closet which was very convenient for things like our laptop, small bags and such, with an excellent suitcase stand on the other side of the closet (no need to perch anything on the bed, chairs or sofa). The location is superb, easy to find and has plenty of parking. The hostess who greeted us was friendly and welcoming.

The motel was really tidy and clean and truthfully exceeded our expectations on that front. The walls looked as though they had been recently painted and the bathroom had been nicely updated and again was very clean. It was a good sized room, for our needs. Travelling with young kids on a road trip really we just wanted somewhere clean and relatively comfortable to lay our heads for the night and it exceeded our expectations.

No bowls/plates cutlery etc. however they very efficiently provided when requested.

Comfortable bed, spacious room

Having to pay two days prior to arrival. Nothing else available in my budget at the time I stayed otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. Tiny bathroom - unable to use my portable shower chair because it wouldn't fit in the shower. Having the manager/owner pester me with phone calls about when I was arriving. I gave an estimate via Booking.com but wasn't sure. When I arrived reception was closed despite the hours stated on the office door as being later than when I arrived. I received a text message telling me my key was under the mat. This was because she needed to go for her daily walk. When she got back there she was knocking at my door asking whether I had found the key. Given that I was in the room I would have thought that was obvious. Really intrusive and unnecessary behaviour.

Horsham Country City Motor Inn is a real find. It is quiet, the rooms are immaculate, and it offers good old-fashioned country hospitality. Cheryl is so helpful. I messaged the hotel to send them my ETA, and when I arrived, Cheryl had warmed the room for me, as it was a very cold day. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. It is off the main truck route, so far quieter. Thanks for making my stay memorable, by taking the time to care about your customers!!!

The owner was very friendly and accomodating and even placed a witches hat in our car space when we went out for dinner so we didn't lose our spot. The room was spacious with a sofa as well as table and chairs. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The pool area was great and the pool was sparkling, although we didn't swim as it was the middle of winter.

The hot water took a little while to flow in the shower but this is what I would call a minor inconvenience.

Friendly, helpful host. Room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable with convenient parking outside the door. Plenty of space to relax on the couch and spread out travel plans on the dining table. The location to the centre of town was easy walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and cafe's nearby.

We found the mattress a bit too firm for our aged backs.

Hotel staff requested physical card details including card number, exp.date & CVV and wrote it down on a paper. While they tell that they put these information in a shredder when customers leave, it is not the most secured way to keep such sensible information. Should think of better ways of getting security deposits.

Great location which is walking distance into town. Room was clean with everything we needed. Large screen tv. Great shower.

One small issue could have been the parking availability and each bay not specifically allocated to a particular room. This meant we couldn’t park outside our room. The owner offered witches hats to mark our bay as taken if we went out with the car. Also didn’t like the hand basin being located in the sleeping area and not in the bathroom.

When travelling on a road trip there are two important things... comfy bed and good shower! This property provided both, infact the shower was possibly one of the best I have encountered in hotels in the past few years. The room well equipped and clean and the TV was BIG. Easy check in and out and parking. Highly recommend for an over night stay in Horsham

Cheryl welcomed us at check in and it was a pleasure to meet someone who knew their product. Nothing was a problem for her. The Horsham Country City Motor in was absolutely clean, spotless and I believe Cheryl ran the business extremely well and was proud of het achievements and rightfully so. Not to forget the accommodation offered value for money.

Couldn’t fault the accommodation.
