Comfortable bed, spacious room

Having to pay two days prior to arrival. Nothing else available in my budget at the time I stayed otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. Tiny bathroom - unable to use my portable shower chair because it wouldn't fit in the shower. Having the manager/owner pester me with phone calls about when I was arriving. I gave an estimate via Booking.com but wasn't sure. When I arrived reception was closed despite the hours stated on the office door as being later than when I arrived. I received a text message telling me my key was under the mat. This was because she needed to go for her daily walk. When she got back there she was knocking at my door asking whether I had found the key. Given that I was in the room I would have thought that was obvious. Really intrusive and unnecessary behaviour.

The owner was very friendly and accomodating and even placed a witches hat in our car space when we went out for dinner so we didn't lose our spot. The room was spacious with a sofa as well as table and chairs. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The pool area was great and the pool was sparkling, although we didn't swim as it was the middle of winter.

The hot water took a little while to flow in the shower but this is what I would call a minor inconvenience.

Clean and nice room. The hotel is close to the beautiful park.

Hotel staff requested physical card details including card number, exp.date & CVV and wrote it down on a paper. While they tell that they put these information in a shredder when customers leave, it is not the most secured way to keep such sensible information. Should think of better ways of getting security deposits.

Great location which is walking distance into town. Room was clean with everything we needed. Large screen tv. Great shower.

One small issue could have been the parking availability and each bay not specifically allocated to a particular room. This meant we couldn’t park outside our room. The owner offered witches hats to mark our bay as taken if we went out with the car. Also didn’t like the hand basin being located in the sleeping area and not in the bathroom.

Cheryl welcomed us at check in and it was a pleasure to meet someone who knew their product. Nothing was a problem for her. The Horsham Country City Motor in was absolutely clean, spotless and I believe Cheryl ran the business extremely well and was proud of het achievements and rightfully so. Not to forget the accommodation offered value for money.

Couldn’t fault the accommodation.

When travelling on a road trip there are two important things... comfy bed and good shower! This property provided both, infact the shower was possibly one of the best I have encountered in hotels in the past few years. The room well equipped and clean and the TV was BIG. Easy check in and out and parking. Highly recommend for an over night stay in Horsham

Very clean and large room. All amenities provided satisfactorily.

TCL TV is an AndroidTV and should support casting from phone (e.g. to watch Netflix using my own account from my phone, rather than entering my account details into TV). Could not get the casting to work, even though TV was connected to same WiFi network as phone.

This Hotel was exceptional !!! Cheryl went the extra mile !! It was 2 degrees when we arrived, the heating was on and fresh milk was supplied for the morning coffee :) I have never stayed in a hotel which was so immaculately maintained inside and out - our rooms were warm and absolutely spotless. Highly highly recommend to stay here !!! Thanks Cheryl :) XX

This is the second visit to this accommodation and it is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The rooms are well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The reception is welcoming and fresh milk is provided.

The is nothing that we did not like, the accommodation is a great stop between Melbourne and Adelaide.

No breakfast available

Could have done with a small amount of cutlery and crockery to allow occupants to prepare cereal and bread in the morning. We had to use a mug and teaspoon for my weetbix ( which I take with my pills), then wash the mug out for a cup of tea.
