We had a problem with the original cabin and were quickly and happily given new cabins. The rooms were clean. Shower worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Air con lovely and cool. Pool was clear and inviting. Bed very firm but comfortable.

One of our cabins did not have a bath mat. The website says swimming towels are provided, we did not have any in the cabin but we did not ask about them either so they may have been available from reception. A wheely rubbish bin outside one cabin reeked and was clouded with flies. This was moved after we asked it be emptied.

Fantastic staff, let me check in early unexpectedly, offered my kids icey poles on arrival. Good location, close to the centre of town and a great hiking trail but also out of the busy area if Karratha could be called busy.

Really minor maintenance level stuff in the unit. Drain plugs that dont seal, tap leaks a bit outside. Super minor and not holiday ruining in any way.

I love our location cause close to the toilet and playground of the kids. Also kids love the pool

What I don't like the green rubbish bin so awful smell maybe the previous throw something that so smelly and hope they should take it off the rubbish even that one is full or not before the other renter come. The pool not big enough for others if every one will go and have a swim.

Everything. We always stay here .. sometimes we don't get the room we want. The main thing is we get a goodnight rest before we head out to work.

The car park is stupid .. I absolutely hate it

Location near everything. Takeaway, IGA and fuel nearby. Has a pool to cool down. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced.

Old room, old aircon which was very noisy. Hotplate starter didn't work, had to get one from office as don't smoke and have a lighter. They had them so all good. Couldn't connect my laptop to the wifi but may have been my security on the laptop.

room was cool when I arrived. I was given after hours details without chasing them. all made very easy

Only some cosmetic issues, room was dated but Clean, surfaces showing their age eg shower screen and tiles, kitchen benches. I did not like the old style bed cover.

Good value for money and larger cabin than expected

Some of the smaller details could do with some work. Light fixtures partially hanging from ceiling, toilet roll holders mounted uneven, ceiling exhaust fans that are on their last legs and sound like they’re about to die.

The cabin was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning had been turned on prior to my arrival so the room was lovely and cool. The park is very tidy and user friendly.

A little too much light from the windows at night. One window blind needs to be turned around so that it unfurls against the window rather than over the roll. The other blind was against the window and worked well. There wasn't a full compliment of cutlery, only 1 fork and one teaspoon. Ok for me travelling on my own but not enough for a couple.

We needed to check in early due to a medical procedure and they were fantastic about it, got the room cleaned first for us and let us have the room hours earlier than normal check in time and wouldn’t take extra payment.

Lucy? Lily? In the reception was awesome...went above and beyond in helping me check in and then giving me a heap of ideas for things to do during my stay. Cabin was roomy, clean and modern.
