We stayed for 5 nights over the Easter break. The location is good, just a small walk to shops. The pool area was excellent, always clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Size of television in enormous and the use of a guest laundry helped a lot.

My only criticism would be the pool area toilets, floor needs a good wash every morning and the door leading into the area stuck on the floor when opening.

Karratha International Hotel 2 adults 1 night Jan 2025 Room 144 Check in & out were easy, really friendly reception & restaurant staff. Huge room, very clean & surprisingly small bed for the size of the room. We made use of the lovely swimming pool, but not much shade around it for a long stay there. Restaurant food is excellent. We'd use this hotel again & recommended to others.

All good, I couldn't see any negatives.

The hotel has many great facilities, check in was easy, room service was quick and room was clean and well set out.

The room we stayed in was for a disabled person and the bathroom was not great. The toilet seat shifted when you sat on it and when showering water went everywhere and had to mop up with towels. Don't know how this would work for a disabled person? Reception carpet is threadbare which does not look great considering the price you are paying to stay here.

Comfortable room. Excellent bar and restaurant - nicely laid out and good food. The petroglyphs in the nearby national park were excellent though I think we were only given access to a tiny number of them. We also visited the old town of Cossack on our way out of town which was a pleasant little stop. If Roebuck jail had been renovated and open, that would have been an excellent place to visit - just pity it is in the state that it is in.

Town is very modern with nothing particular to recommend it - only worked for us as a stop-over on our journey. But the hotel itself was a good place to stay.

Lovely swimming pool, loved that the gym was available to use 24 hours. We had breakfast included with our stay each morning and there was plenty of options available. All of the staff are all absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend the pizza, we ordered ours via room service and it was absolutely perfect.

Only negative would be that the gym was really hot first thing in the morning, possibly with the addition of an extra fan in the rowing machine side of the gym would help. But otherwise all good.

You felt like you were in a resort. Beautiful designed facilities. The food was good and the cocktails were amazing. The staff were very professional and considerate.

The only thing letting the property down is the exterior facade of the rooms. Looks a bit like a dodgy motel. That being said it it a pleasant surprise when you move past that.

Room was totally unexpected in the nicest way it didn’t look like anything special from the outside but we were delighted once we entered the room. The presidential suite was exceptional and great value for money too. Hotel facilities exceeded our expectations too. Fabulous!

Nothing really but some clearer directions for finding the room would of been helpful as it’s not in number order where the suite is to the rest of the rooms in the 700 numbers but it wasn’t a big deal we found it in the end

Very nice relaxing atmosphere loved the pool .Walking distance to town centre.

Toilets by the pool very poor run down only 1 toilet in females and 1 for males. There was a children's party going on during our stay and the wait for the toilet was ridiculous. I used the gents toilet . For such a nice modern pool area the amenities were a let down.

Excellent customer service at reception & restaurant. Clean & tidy rooms everyday. Pool & area is clean, tidy well maintained. And the grounds are well maintained. Great place to stay.

TV remote was a bit hard to get working, might need new batteries. Our adjoining rooms aircon remote wasn’t working, but we used our rooms remote to control it.

Great location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Super clean. Facilities great. Staff very friendly. Comfortable stay.

Dinner : The restaurant was expensive and food ok. My meal was cold and wasn’t great. Breakfast : Food trays were empty and not refilled quickly. No bacon, sausages and I had to ask for juice to be refilled.
