The location and facilities is good. Staffs were friendly but not on point. The pools arent cleaned regularly even during a period considered as off peak. The Dolphin feedings were good and well explained and these group of staffs were excellent. The staffs at the gifts and convenience centre was also good.

The cleanliness of the room and the surroundings are not good. They always get the supply of towels wrong and also the bathing supplies aren’t topped up well. The phone was not functioning and despite informing them, nothing was done during the 3days we were there. The calls from room to reception should be made easier rather than it going to the general line for bookings which i find it ridiculous.

A really special place on earth. The wild dolphins swam along the shoreline many many times throughout every day we where there. Wild emus stroll throughout the resort. Gorgeous beach, crystal clear waters. Excellent restaurant with fabulous views (although seagulls are a menace). Good shop. Lovely pool and nice changing facilities. Pub, which only opens after 5pm also great for food and allows take outs. We stayed in a superior beach view room which had lovely decor and was well stocked and maintained.

The first superior beach view chalet we had didn't really have a view of the beach as bushes were too tall, however when I enquired if another room was available we were were allowed to move to the another room without fuss. Overall, a bit of trimming of trees and bushes would enhance the views. Cleaning of the room wasn't as good as in some hotels. Unfortunately, the room service ordering was out of order when we where there.

Location is epic. Food in restaurant and pub was really good. Pools would be lovely outside of school holidays. Nice shop on site. Saw my first ever turtles at the jetty, and the dolphin spotting is fantastic!

Incredibly expensive for the no thrills motel-style room, but we were there in Easter holidays and you’re paying for the location. No mirror in the bedroom, just in the (very small) bathroom. The dolphin feeding in the morning is a bit ick and feels like a zoo. I’d skip that and just watch out for them along the beach. They swim up and down all day and it’s amazing to see them so close!

Location to the beach and amenities were perfect. It’s a perfect location on beautiful beaches and many dolphins and wildlife swimming in the water close to the shore directly in front of the resort. There are many different accommodation options, including beachfront and camping. We stayed in the apartments in front of the mini golf, which were family rooms Only a short distance to the beach, but no water views. The birds were comfortable apart from the fold out couch bed, which was a little soft as per usual for those type of bed set ups We went on the Sunset cruise, which was excellent and also the day cruise, which was just as good and slightly longer than the sunset We saw lots the name of dugongs and dolphins and thoroughly enjoyed both cruises. The resort is like Paradise at the end of a dead end road which takes about two hours from the main highway turn off, it’s a very long road and quite boring but well worth it.

Location, view, wildlife.

The dolphin talk (experience) was a joke. The presenter couldn't speak much english, mumbled and speaker sound was unclear. Dropping his microphone in the water made everyone laugh though. When he tied to stand in the water in sandals they pulled off then didn't allow anyone to enter the water as was muddy. Most of the crowd had bare feet so would have been fine. There are numerous places around Australia better to get up close in the wild with a dolphin.

The resort is lovely, top tier holiday park. We stayed in one of the garden view rooms and the location was fantastic. Loved the monkey bar for dinner with kids, nice and relaxed. Two pools was great to spread out the people. I must say though we travelled during the school term and it was perfect, I think it would be pretty crazy during school holidays.

The garden view rooms have one bag stand and that’s it, nowhere else to put anything. When travelling with kids I felt there was just stuff everywhere all the time. No clothes horses/hangers. There were apparently 2 in other areas of the park near the powered/unpowered sites. But none in the rooms to hang wet towels up etc. means you need to make sure you have enough cash/coins to operate the dryer too. Card operated machines please 🙏🏼

Great location on the beach, nice pier, excellent boat trips. The Dolphin feeding sessions were professionally run, educational and enjoyable. Nice pool. Main restaurant food was very good with nice tables inside and out.

Room was a bit basic and patio area in need of updating. Parking difficult as ground works being done and fewer spaces available. Seagulls and Emus around restaurant were a problem Main restaurant closed very early, we couldn’t get a glass of wine after our meal at 9.00pm

The room was modern and relatively comfortable. There was a microwave and small fridge with a kitchenette. An abundance of toiletries etc

We were disappointed that the hand held shower head was floppy and hardly functional as a result. The bathroom is very small. The fridge didn't have a proper freezer. This posed a significant problem for us as we always travel (especially in remote areas such as this) with an ice box. We were unable to refreeze our freezer blocks. We utilised the fridge in the camp kitchen whilst we took the 2.5 hour marine tour on our checkout day.

Our room was great inside - well kept (recently decorated), comfortable with a full size fridge. Noise from people moving around in the room above and outside was a nuisance at times but the location, right on the beach, was great. Seeing dolphins go past our window was amazing. Good pool, restaurant and beach. Great staff - reception staff excellent on arrival (Camilla). When it was time to check out, our car would not start. Again, staff on reception were helpful (and got us jump start pack) - and, when we needed more help, one of the maintenance team came to our aid (even though he was there decorating rooms not doing anything with vehicles!). Really, very, very helpful and we were exceptionally grateful, just wish we had his name to give him a proper mention here.

Upstairs room would have been better and the areas outside the room (beachfront room shared outdoor common spaces with dorm rooms) were untidy (unswept).

Absolutely enjoyed the resort. Never traveled through Australia before so it was a very interesting experience. The beach was nice and the water was so clear. In the mornings some dolphins come near the shore and the staff do a cute introduction to the dolphins. They are very cute. Thank you. The location was perfect and all the facilities are super nice. It was just a perfect vacation with my son. We saw many kangaroos and emus hanging around the resort. It was a wonderful wildlife introduction to my son. The pools are great, playgrounds were fun. Many activities we can do in the fun resort. The shared kitchen was fantastic. I never experienced a shared kitchen situation anywhere else when I stayed in resorts all around the world but AUSTRALIA does it so well i have enjoyed the shared kitchen, common area, etc.

Nothing.
