Friendly welcome.was great. Easy to park under cover. Wash / dryer to rooms was amazing. Awesome aircons were also amazing.Foid very yummy . Hotel really quiet of a night so peaceful to sleep in

Was a bit difficult to communicate with staff but that's just because there first language was not English otherwise all ok. I found it different that no flannels / washes were supplied in rooms. Maybe it's just me as I always use a flannel. Again probably not a big deal for most people. Not being aware that you needed to climb stairs was a bit of a pri lem fir my friend who had had bilateral knee replacements,so maybe add some thing to web page making people aware you need tockimb stairs may help for the future .

The location was good, in the center of town close to the beach. The room was very comfortable with plenty of bench space and power points. The staff, particularly the manageress were very friendly and helpful. The meals in the hotel were also of a very good standard. Having a washing machine in the unit was a very handy addition.

You could only access the room via stairs. Luckily the very helpful manageress moved me from a 2nd floor room to a first floor room. A toaster and micro wave would be useful additions to the rooms, although I did not have the need for either of these items.

The French guy at reception / bar went above and beyond and was so helpful. All of the staff were actually very friendly. The stairs going up were annoying and not really kept nice but the staff were so helpful for everything so that made it better. The room literally had everything you could need to prepare your own meals and wash and dry your clothes.

There was a lot of noise from people getting up to work very early. The wifi was not working well. Someone came to the room and knocked on the door at 9am despite checkout being 10am

Location is perfect for Onslow, walking distance to General Store and beach. The food was really good, good variety and good specials. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking undercover.

It had everything you need, nothing I didn't like.

Hotel food was great. Some staff due to language barrier was a little bit of a challenge but worked ok when ordering drinks and food. Having to use steps to access rooms was an issue for my friend due to knee replacements ,so it should state on bookings that it's stairs access only I think.

Room was located on second floor. Head to haul our bike gear (we are doing a trip around Australia) up the stairs, since we did not think it is safe to leave it on the bikes. Air-conditioning unit was directed directly towards bed, which we could not change.

The accomodation is attached to the lovely old pub that serves amazing meals. There was ample parking for our car with dinghy in undercover area. The room was adequate and provided basic cooking facilities. Please note there was no microwave in our room but there is a small cook top.

The cleaning could have been better but I do understand staff are hard to get and there was also workers staying at the hotel .

We had a lovely queen studio room with balcony and Ocean view. Room had everything you could want to make meals. Washing machine in bathroom was very handy.

2 extra pillows had no pillow slips and were stained. Bit gross. Need to be replaced or at least washed.

Well designed, clean hotel room with stovetop cooking facilities and adequate equipment. Bathroom great with glass shower enclosure and washing machine. Balcony with view over ocean, great to view sunrise. Linen crisp, yay.

No microwave, surprised as most units do have one.

John greeted us and was so helpful, friendly, and informitive. The food amazing had the prawn dumpling soup one of the best I've had. All.staff really good had a lovely stay would recommend. Great to have the washer dryer in the bathroom.
