Friendly welcome.was great. Easy to park under cover. Wash / dryer to rooms was amazing. Awesome aircons were also amazing.Foid very yummy . Hotel really quiet of a night so peaceful to sleep in

Was a bit difficult to communicate with staff but that's just because there first language was not English otherwise all ok. I found it different that no flannels / washes were supplied in rooms. Maybe it's just me as I always use a flannel. Again probably not a big deal for most people. Not being aware that you needed to climb stairs was a bit of a pri lem fir my friend who had had bilateral knee replacements,so maybe add some thing to web page making people aware you need tockimb stairs may help for the future .

The location was good, in the center of town close to the beach. The room was very comfortable with plenty of bench space and power points. The staff, particularly the manageress were very friendly and helpful. The meals in the hotel were also of a very good standard. Having a washing machine in the unit was a very handy addition.

You could only access the room via stairs. Luckily the very helpful manageress moved me from a 2nd floor room to a first floor room. A toaster and micro wave would be useful additions to the rooms, although I did not have the need for either of these items.

The location was excellent. The Shire was a good host too as the ANZAC day service was excellent and the centenary celebration on the next day was superb. Well done Onslow.

The room was good and clean but the washing machine, which turned out to be important, was broken and the fix wasn't prevalent but the staff did offer to wash clothes for us.

There isn't an lift, just flights of stairs. Rooms are comfortable, clean has all that you'd expect. They don't serve breakfast but if you walk down street to other Resort food etc is available. We had tea in the outside bar area. Food plentiful in serves . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Recommend.

If you had a problem climbing stairs, this isnt for you unless there were ground floor accommodation.

Central location, clean room, friendly staff, good pub food, quiet at night in multi-storey accommodation. Good basic facilities for a short stay and good value compared to other limited options. Wonderful Anzac Park and walkway, must visit.

Nil for the hotel, supermarket prices expensive due to isolated location, come prepared.

The French guy at reception / bar went above and beyond and was so helpful. All of the staff were actually very friendly. The stairs going up were annoying and not really kept nice but the staff were so helpful for everything so that made it better. The room literally had everything you could need to prepare your own meals and wash and dry your clothes.

There was a lot of noise from people getting up to work very early. The wifi was not working well. Someone came to the room and knocked on the door at 9am despite checkout being 10am

Location is perfect for Onslow, walking distance to General Store and beach. The food was really good, good variety and good specials. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking undercover.

It had everything you need, nothing I didn't like.

Hotel food was great. Some staff due to language barrier was a little bit of a challenge but worked ok when ordering drinks and food. Having to use steps to access rooms was an issue for my friend due to knee replacements ,so it should state on bookings that it's stairs access only I think.

The property fully met my expectations from the description and price. I award 10 on that basis. This is not a luxury hotel, nearby is a higher grade hotel at double the price. The staff were first rate.

Everything was as I would expect,

Room was located on second floor. Head to haul our bike gear (we are doing a trip around Australia) up the stairs, since we did not think it is safe to leave it on the bikes. Air-conditioning unit was directed directly towards bed, which we could not change.
