The location is close to big brook dam and tramway. Nice room with fridge, tv, coffee facilities and microwave. There’s a kitchen where you can prepare your meal. The rooms are accessible through a small stairs and a parking infront.

The office was closed when we arrived even though the opening hours are from 2pm to 5pm so we haven’t seen any from the hotel staff. The room key was left outside the office in the envelope with my name on it. And deposit the key on the box outside the reception when checking out. The wifi is pretty bad you can’t rely on it, worst in the evening because it’s completely out of service.

This place is totally fine. The room was large and cleaned very well! It has a fridge, microwave, kettle and a TV. There’s a little table outside with 2 chairs so you can sit and enjoy the nature. It’s located walking distance to town. For my husband and I, that’s all we needed. Especially for the low cost! Those complaining about facilities prob should have booked a full service hotel for double or triple the price. If you want a clean, budget friendly motel and are okay with just the basics. then I would recommend this hotel.

I agree that the walls are quite thin. You can hear people in the next room if they are speaking very loudly. If you stay here please be mindful of this.

Customer service was fantastic and super friendly! We called late after changing our mind about camping. We mentioned a deal we found on booking.com. They were happy for us to book that deal and explained the check in process. We arrived to a clearly labeled envelope and a text from a staff member with instructions. There was even a bowl of free lemons to help yourself too. Checked into the room. It was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Super happy with the property, especially for the price. Ran into some staff in the morning and they were very friendly. Would stay again!

A clean and spacious room in an older but well maintained and up dated room with everything needed supplied. The bed was comfortable and everything worked ok,

That the reception and restaurant were closed (I assume for renovations) so i was not able to thank my hosts. Despite no reception, my key was available as advised.

Old-style drive-up motel where you can park in front of your room. Clean and quiet. Keys were placed in a tray outside the closed reception and when we left we just dropped our keys in the box because the reception was closed. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly.

Shower had water saving filter head on so showering took a little longer than normal to wash off soap. Shower can be slippery so have to be careful for older folk.

The rooms was nice and clean and had everything you'd want in a motel room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a reasonable size with consistent hot water.

It was difficult to get the staffs attention. Everything seemed to be done by phone and even then it was best done by text as calls went to voicemail.

Amazing value for money. Room to move, clean and pleasant room. Less than 15 min walk from town centre, easy downhill walk to get there and uphill to get back, work off the calories from all the great food on offer in Pemberton!!

Shower head, very low pressure required or water temperature would drop - but this was a small quibble considering the cost per night

The Motel was great quality for a small cost. We simply needed a bed to sleep in, a fridge and a microwave for the two meals we were there for and obviously a bathroom. The heating was perfect for the room and the bed and pillows, we forgot our own but didn't need them, were so comfy!

Not a lot, it was all pretty good and what we needed, when travelling for work I would use them again.

Despite a sign re just using the hot tap for the shower and the delay with the water warming up the shower was reasonable but you needed to be patient.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious. Loved being able to sit outside. The bush outlook was lovely.

I don't mind having to make the bed each morning or washing up our dishes. The fact that we had to wash them in the bathroom sink was unhygienic and the plug didn't fit so that was super frustrating.
