We arrived & checked in but unfortunately due to increasing bad weather there was a major power outage affecting the whole town. A bad weather front was affecting all of the South-east, so many communities were affected. I'm giving an excellent review because the owner went out of their way to ensure we were kept informed, gave us torches & when it was clear by evening that the fault was going be delayed made sure we & other guests were transferred to the local pub which fortunately had power & was serving meals. We were very grateful for his professionalism & consideration. The room was well presented, spacious & comfortable for the little time we were in it.

We stayed here a few years ago and were a bit disappointed by the room and the staffing, so we came back this time only for the convenience of the location. Actually we were greeatly impressed by the comfort of the room, the great view across the gardens, and the beautiful trees and plants around the motel. Very quiet, good value, and we will definitely come back now. Check in and out was ultra easy. The queen room was immaculate and well equipped. A short trip to the shops in Pemberton, and an easy drive south to the Cape D'Entrecasteux National Park. There's lots more to do nearby too.

The internet is a bit shakey. It drops in and out and is weak. The local 5G signal is far better.

The motel has a number of price ranges depending upon what you are looking for. We stayed one night at the basic level and found it very comfortable and suitable for this purpose. It was clean and had a good outlook across the beautiful gardens. Prior to arrival, we requested a mattress topper to assist with bone pain issues. The correspondence was great however advice was they may not be able to provide this however would do whatever they could do to assist. To our surprise the owner had a new mattress delivered to the room the day of our arrival (we saw it taken into the room). He asked us about the comfort and it certainly did the trick. They are apparently replacing mattresses throughout. A very short drive to town. Unfortunately, their restaurant wasn't open but I believe will be at some stage. Very friendly and helpful and appreciative of the assistance. Would certainly stay again.

Fantastic. This is a beautiful motel in the heart of Pemberton with friendly staff, sparkling clean room, very comfortable beds, and a lush setting surrounded by plants and gardens. The kookaburras even put on quite a chorus at sunset. Good, strong internet even at the far corner where my room was, and very spacious rooms. Absolutely recommend for solo, couple, or family travelers.

Honestly, nothing! I was really impressed. I suppose if anything there could be another lamp rather than the ceiling lighting with was less cosy, but that's just stylistic choice. Loved the place.

the room was very very clean and spacious for us couple with a little girl, beds were comfy, minimal furniture/closets which we actually liked. Very clean bathroom and toilet has lots of spare toilet papers provided. Hot water worked perfectly. Enjoyed our complimentary biscuits, coffee sachets and hot cocoa. Internet was good. The motel was pretty close to town which is great for strolling and a bit of grocery. Overall, we will surely love to come stay again next time!

Good location close to town centre. The motel has lovely spacious, landscaped grounds. Well maintained. Not your standard concrete car park. Our room overlooked these gardens. The room was spacious very clean with a well equipped kitchenett.

The WiFi was terrible basically non existent. The member of staff who I complained to said this was due to work being done by Telstra to upgrade the signal. I'm not sure if this was correct. If WiFi is essential for your stay I would check first. The room/ motel is a bit dated

I was upgraded to a balcony room. Room was extremely clean, comfortable , well equipped and quiet. The room had basic kitchen equipment and a there was a well maintained and equipped bbq area in the complex. A handy wash basin, detergent and tea towel provided for ease of washing the dishes. Free laundry and dryer. I really enjoyed my stay and the 800m walk to town for dinner and drinks was good exercise. Very close to the Gloucester tree and surrounds.

Wow, we loved our stay here. This had, hand down, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on away from home. It was a king size bed and must've been a hybrid latex/springs, I think; however, I couldn't detect springs. Partner disturbance was zero. Nice big room with separate ensuite. No shower in a bath (pet hate of mine). Instant hot water, serviced by an instant gas Rinnai outside. Two of our basins were slow draining but this was fixed immediately by the caretaker when we went out. It's all a little dated but the cheaper price reflects this and we didn't care anyway. The price was just right we think. Nice and close to town. We went to the Wild at Heart cafe every morning - awesome coffee and great food. Went to Jaspers for tea. Amazing restaurant. Food just brilliant. We wished we'd eaten there a couple of nights instead of one. Make sure you go there. Walks and things to do close by. Did a day visit to Nannup which was fun.

Reception wasn't open one day until after lunch I think. Apart from that it was great. Very happy to stay here again.

Our room that we booked ended up getting upgraded, so we ended up in the executive queen room (I think) and it ended up being our favourite place that we stayed during our trip! The room was spacious, had high ceilings and even a ceiling fan which was awesome to have. Nice big TV in the room, no internet/Wi-Fi issues for us either. All staff that we encountered were really friendly and helpful. Was quiet at night and in a picturesque location. Wish we stayed longer!!

Location, pool, quiet.

The gym needs cleaning, once cleaned it requires a vacuum in there that works and products available to wipe equipment after use. Signs need to go up like a regular gym asking for equipment to be put away. Regular gym users will respect this more. My daughter and I cleaned up gym to be of help each morning best we could whilst there and would have wiped down equipment if we could instead due to how dirty it was, just used free weights.
