Reception were exceptional- all pre stay emails responded to promptly; the team showed patience courtesy, patience and speed in response to all requests - thanks to Sando, whose kindness in his actions made our arrival painless after a long train trip. The restaurant and barteam were efficient, friendly and attentive-Philip was hugely professional,demonstrating enthusiasm and pride in his role cocktails very yummy .Our gratitude to the kitchen team- delicious lsuppers and several kilos gained ; and of course domestic team -the hotel looked gorgeous! To anyone who has only stayed here for skiing, summer at the Alphof is brilliant and we plan to return in the warmer months. Thanks again to all x

The food in the restaurant at the hotel was superb. We've been to this hotel before and the food has really improved (it was good last time but exceptional this time). The afternoon tea means you really don't need lunch on the slopes, which makes it even better value. The staff are lovely. The ski bus goes from right outside the hotel. There is a lot of storage space to store skis and boots at the hotel. The spa area is lovely - albeit it's for all ages, so quite noisy if you are expecting an adult chilled out spa.

The only slight downside is the bedrooms are very warm, so can be a bit uncomfortable at nights.

All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Main meals were all delicious with good variation to choose from each night and the kids enjoyed the kiddie buffet. There was also a decent selection at breakfast. Nice pool and spa facilities for after a day of skiing, which the kids also enjoyed. They have a parking garage and carport which is great if you want to ovoid having a frozen car in the morning. We had a comfort double room for a family of 4 and it was spacious and definitely comfortable.

Nothing to complain about, but some minor points. Access to the parking garage is very tight, demarcation to restrict the length of cars on the driveway leading up the garage would help. More of hint to others, unfortunately the bus which stops near the hotel doesn't go to the Inneralpbach slopes so you need to drive, which is not a big deal if you have a roof box for your skis. (Here the hotel reception was really helpful in informing us and giving tips for parking)

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel was amazing and there was so much variety . We didn’t need for anything while we stayed here. The hotel is in a great location and the bus collected us for the ski lift every morning . I could not say enough nice things about this hotel. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It caters for couples and families. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in 2 double Bergidyll rooms - they are spacious, clean, comfortable and nice little balcony to enjoy the view of the mountains. It was half board - breakfast was very good and not too busy. The evening meal is quite tasty - there is a salad bar, then a starter (1 choice), for the main course there are 3 options and then the dessert (again 1 choice). There is also ice-cream or cheese choices next to the self service salad bar. So you won't go hungry!! The staff at reception and in the restaurant are efficient and friendly. We liked this hotel a lot and would recommend it.

Pity there isn't any tea/coffee making service or mini fridge in the room.

Excellent hotel suitable for couples, families with older or younger children. Helpful staff, top-notch cuisine, good selection of wines. Wellness offers various saunas, the view from the room of the mountains is a great wake-up call to a new day. Access to the ski slopes is well organized with a bus connection directly from the hotel to the cable car.

The wellness area intended for families is used by guests who do not have children and do not adhere to the dress code by wearing swimwear.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved the food the dinner was like eating at a gourmet restaurant every evening. There was so much variety and it was delicious. We also loved the spa especiallythe massage bed and saunas. The spa was more relaxed than some ive been to in Austria which was good.

There wasn't much we didn't like, it would be better if water was included with dinner.

The room looked very authentic, bathroom recently renovated, the staff was very friendly, all in all was a good stay.

The breakfast wasn’t good at all, only a few choices (i.e a platter if cold meats and cheeses to choose from, and plenty of bread… a few veggies and juice and coffee) this was the most disappointing part

We felt home! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food is really good, had the full board and didn’t get bored or wasted time around. Breakfast and dinner are really good, with vibrant music and cozy environment. Nice room for ski storage, just missed the indoor pool cause we were not prepared and more focused on skiing part! 🔥❤️

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Reception at check in was one of the best experiences I have had checking into a hotel. We arrived very early and they immediately offered us breakfast, which we had not paid for, and even provided us transport to the ski lifts to help us maximise our first day. Superb!
