Very cosy place ! I arrived late so they left the keys at the entrance with some really nice notes on paper - I felt immediately like home. In the morning I left early but I got a coffee and some cookies even the restaurant was not yet open. This is what I call the highest level of customer care! Not a luxury hotel but I felt more valued than in any fancy hotel I was guest. It’s a place where I would go back!

A friendly helpful owner greeted us warmly on our late arrival. The kitchen was closed and there were no nearby restaurants so she baked us ham and cheese croissants while we unpacked our bags. Above and beyond. This quaint Austrian hotel was a wonderful surprise nestled high on a hillside near a historic castle. At our lovely breakfast in the morning the owner came running to our table to alert us of a local band playing and marching up the street right by the hotel. We loved our stay and would recommend it highly!!

If I were to be very picky I would say the coffee was a little too weak for my taste😊

Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, very cozy and friendly atmosphere, really nice and helpful host, delicious food and festive setting made with love and care.

Very friendly personnel! The breakfast was rich and delicious. We also had dinner there which was also very tasty. Overall, I can recommend this place :)

Host was very welcome and loved dogs! Dinner in the restaurant was cozy and good food (if basic, no vegetables / salad etc!). Staff either spoke English or were happy to find someone to translate. Breakfast was lovely, a selection served to our table. Even GF bread for me!

It was all great, the rooms were perfectly fine, nothing amazing but comfortable enough so no complaints.
