Amazing breakfast (with sekt, omelette is live cooked, a lot of choice), room is large and comfortable. The wellness is the largest I have seen in a hotel (5 sauna's, 1 steam cabin), a very large outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. The food in the restaurant is limited, but it is decent. Free charging of electric car (but do read further, it also has a negative side).

There are 4 spots for charging your electric car (2 exclusively for Tesla, 2 for other). You are only allowed to charge for 4 hours. However, people start charging their car in the evening and do not remove it in the morning. Two spots were occupied for at least 14 hours (from 22h up till 12h the next day). When you complain about this at the reception desk, you get the answer that people know that they are only allowed to charge for 4 hours and they do not know who is the owner of the car.

Love the modern chic design. Upon entering the lobby it has a nice smell. It makes you feel relaxed. The personnel were very friendly and polite. I was going to the pool area after my workout and I was guided and shown the direction by one of the Manager of the hotel. So professional and friendly. Breakfast has a good selection of food and the view at the top was breathtaking.. Love the facilities at the Spa. Indoor pool and outdoor are amazing. It was huge ..With jacuzzi, water jet spray and foot massage. At the Spa area fresh water and Tea are served. I think it would be great if some fruits are offered.. Everything about this hotel, it's wonderful. Worth your money.

We actually requested for an early check-in but ofcourse we understood that it depends on availability. Alas we were there at 1455pm. But we have to wait another 30 minutes before we can check-in to our room.

1. The property was clean and the room was comfortable. 2. The SPA and panorama sauna was beautiful. 3. The staff were friendly and helpful

1. The bar and restaurant at ground floor was very small and the kitchen was closed at 22:00. 2. The water temperature of the outdoor pool was about 26-27 •C and for me and also other guests it was cold. The outdoor pool view was very nice so it was a pitty that I could not use it because of water temperature. In my opinion the water temperature of the outdoor pool could be warmer. 3. The parking price per night was 12 EUR which in my opinion for the hotel guests shall be free. I have been in several hotels (4 start and 5 star) and in these kinds of hotels usually the parking fee is free for the hotel guests.

Most things about the hotel were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The main bed was king size and very comfortable. The spa and swimming pools were superb (one of the best I've seen). Plenty of towels everywhere. Breakfast was very good. The bar and restaurant was reasonably good too. Best of all was the service provided by all the staff. they were all very polite and attentive.

There were only 2 things that needed improvement: the sofa-bed for the third person in the room was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, we had problems with the AirCon in that it did't seem to have enough power (we were on the 6th floor and the room was large). This would not be an issue during collier seasons. However, the plus side was that the staff immediately provided a portable aircon unit when they discovered the problem. None of the hotels seem to do this, but they should provide extra sheets to be used instead of a duvet when the weather is hot. They provided this as soon as we asked.

Good room, confortable bed, great views, good breakfast and good sauna.

There is only one restaurant which is at the ground floor, the menu is quite disappointing. I had a burger, it was bad, over crispy bun and water taste steak. Service is excellent but you really have to propose a real menu other than finger food. It’s a shame that the top floor is only used for breakfast, so much potential with the Mountain View and sunset.

Excellent hotel. Corporate, but welcoming to families in equal measure. Parking on-site and plentiful, which is not always the case in hotels like this. Welcome drink on arrival. Very spacious rooms. Excellent food, both in the evening and for breakfast. The pools were great and were very quiet.

Floors needed properly cleaning in bedrooms. There was hair and other bits that should have been hoovered.

Very nice place to stay! Comfortable and clean room, excellent location! The SPA and the pool are also very nice!

The only disappointment is that the parking is 15 Euro per night even for guests. The breakfast is quite expensive too. They charge 150 Euro in addition as a deposit and don't tell you about it. The mini-bar in the room is empty and I don't understand what is the deposit for!

Modern hotel, good facilities, comfortable bed and nice linen. had great view of the mountain and the cable car lift "Krakken" I think it was called. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, used it with our granddaughter. Stayed 4 nights and was using the hotel to be able to attend the Opera festival held at Bregenze nearby so this hotel was ideal, and was able to travel out to other nearby places. only had breakfast at the hotel on one occasion as it was 23Euros pp but its by a nearby shopping mall with various other places for breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel was buffet style with a hot/continental choice and also freshly cooked eggs by a chef. drinks were self serve as much as you wanted.

had one evening meal at the hotel on day of arrival for convenience, the food was varied and of good quality however the staff were very pleasant the service was very slow and we had to wait a long time to pay the bill. Tea and coffee was available in the room with a machine but there was only two tea or coffee pods and milks supplied each day which is not sufficient and when we requested some from reception they never arrived. I had to go down to the reception for them. I didn't think the tea or coffee pods were of a very good quality.

The location, the parking , the staff, the style, the cleanest,

maybe I am wrong but the restaurant is just for breakfast and it is not well advertised. The room dining has very limited options and for us (I repeat our personal point of view) the menu not up to the standard of a 4 star-hotel

A lot of repairing works on roads in surrounding. But not their fault! A little warm smile once in a while from personal would be lovely.
