I love the pool and the dampfbad, it is the perfect size, and the view is so beautiful. We always enjoy our short stays at this hotel, both in summer and winter—a peaceful, elegant environment perfect for us.

The toilet had no ventilation, which was not ideal. The last time we stayed, we had dinner, but it wasn't as good as we had expected, so we chose to eat outside. It is a pity, for in comparison, the breakfast is excellent.

Nice wine tasting, loved the Vinothek, lovely bar, great pool with long opening hours, nice saunas, friendly and very helpful staff, great room, comfy bed, awesome breakfast buffet!

We expected more of the 4 course dinner. Too expensive for the outcome. Next time we would just book breakfast and eat at the bar in the evening. It was hot in our room especially during the nights. Not possible to open the balcony door due to bugs cause there were no insect screens.

The staff was above and beyond, e.g., in helping charge our EV, in accommodating us at the spa. Everything was wonderful - the pool, the infrared sauna, the room with balcony and view, the food, the wine tasting. The location is excellent close to many amazing wineries and buschenschanken.

When it's raining (which happens) that mostly leaves the sauna/steam room in the spa but not really an indoor pool. More time for food & wine. ;)

Everything about this place was perfect - the room, the breakfast, the spa services, the pool, the sauna - absolutely everything. The location is idyllic and very close to several wineries. The services were excellent, as was the quality of the wine and food served in the restaurant.

The rooms could be a bit bigger and the fitness room could use a bit more equipment - however, there is really nothing truly negative I can say about this place.

Hotel itself, SPA and pool area with mobile bar, location and overall concept is exceptional. Visiting same hotel for years proves excitement and wish it will continue.

Big disappointment is hotel restaurant menu and staff. It looks like menu is same for ages and after so many visits it is more than boring and below other hotel’s high standards and far below expectations (except great breakfast). Staff is too junior and lady at SPA’s reception was ‘lost in space’ and not speaking a bit of English
