This hotel is a MUST. The hotel itself is beautiful and everything is brand new. The vineyards are absolutely stunning and the wine is exquisite. The family that runs the hotel are wonderful people and incredibly detail oriented. The in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is delicious and fresh with lots of variety. You get a 5 star hotel experience. The hotel participates in a free taxi program so you can use the taxi to shuttle you to different vineyards and restaurants in the area and not worry about drinking and driving. Tons of parking for our rental car too. We were blown away by our visit and can’t wait to come back.

Zero complaints, this was an incredible find

We only stayed one night at Weinrefugium Brolli on our way down to Croatia, but that was more than enough to experience the charm and warmth of this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding – genuinely welcoming and attentive. Our room was spacious, modern, and offered stunning views over the vineyards – a perfect place to unwind. Dinner was a true highlight, with fantastic food and excellent wine pairing recommendations that really elevated the experience. All in all, a memorable short stay – we would love to come back for a longer visit!

We loved the setting at this hotel overlooking the vineyards. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. I appreciated receiving a phone call the afternoon before we checked in asking if we wanted to make a dinner reservation for that evening. A nice touch that they took the time to call. Our room #306 had a large balcony overlooking the vines. The view was spectacular. The bathroom had heated floors and double sinks. It was nice to have A/C as well. The food and wine here was fantastic. The family goes out of their way to offer excellent service to their guests. It was very noticeable. The views out of the front of the hotel were breathtaking with the rolling hills and vineyards. We really felt like we were in Tuscany and not Austria. We absolutely loved southern Styria. But beware of some very narrow roads that twist and turn and you wonder what will happen if you meet another car. I wouldn't want to travel them in the dark.

The hotel has a great location with beautiful views. Our room (and the entire hotel) was spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed the breakfast which had a huge selection and nice coffee. The wellness area and sauna were really good as well. Their wines are delicious, too. We are happy that we spent 2 nights here and will be back in the future.

We were not 100% satisfied with the restaurants' starters and dessert selection as for such a great place we had a bit better expectation but still loved the place.

The hotel is well designed the stuff were the best we've encountered in all of Austria, very professional with a vast knowledge of wines especially Stefani! An impressive young woman who run the hotel better then many others twice her age who has a lot to learn from her. The food was lovely, breakfast and dinner included! Plenty of diversity in the breakfast buffet. They were very patient with our requests and equestrians about the area and about their wines. The Finnish sauna and the swimming pool were a great addition to an already wonderful stay!

The wifi didn't always work in the pool and in some areas of the room

The staff were amazing. It is a family business, and it is run with love. The young couple who run the hotel and the wine business are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We took a wine tasting and the knowledge of the host was very strong and informative. We bought a lot of very pleasant wine as a result. The views from the hotel (rooms and restaurant) are beautiful. The spa facilities were a lovely relief after a hard day's cycling. The food in the restaurant was prepared carefully and thoughtfully and was tasty. Excellent breakfasts.

Our beds (mattresses) were a little soft for our liking but of course each guest has different tastes.

The staff was incredible, they even provided some great instructions on the best hikes in the area! Stephanie and Christopher both took time to educate me on the local wines and the food they were serving. Speaking of food, the restaurant on site is top notch and deserves recognition!

There was nothing I would change, there are a few local quirks with opening times, but I found that charming. Make sure to do your research on what is open before heading out.

Everything from the staff esp Christina to the housekeeping team and the entire staff just felt like family. I felt home away from home! Not something we experience everyday. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will surely return soon again!

The location is so beautiful, with gorgeous views over the vineyards. This is a loving lovely family business, and you can feel the unity, passion and warmth from the moment that you arrive. Dinner was locally sourced and made, and exceptionally good. The wine was amazing too!

That we only stayed one night! I highly recommend staying two nights if you can! Hopefully we will be back one day.
