The staff was excellent, friendly, kind and willing to help at any possible difficulty it may come up! The location is amazing, just 10minutes from the main square , 15 from the river and 12minutes from the train station ! The rooms were clean and neat, and their bathroom was spacious, modern, simple and fully equipped Finally , the breakfast buffet had a big variety of both savory and sweet alternatives , and dining area was so welcoming in order to start your day in the best way possible !

The pillows were not so comfortable and the single beds were a bit narrow

The hotel is in a very central location, right in the heart of town, within walking distance to everything. The room was a good size with twin beds and was very clean. The towels were changed every day, and it was quiet despite being in the centre of the city. The breakfast was good and varied. The staff were also very nice and friendly. Very highly recommended.

The only thing that I had an issue with was the AC, which was not working. I told reception but it was not fixed and as the temperature was quite warm, I slept with the window open. Other than that everything was perfect.

The hotel is located right in the centre (on pedestrian zone), but you can get there also by car if you follow the instructions sent by the hotel. We wanted to stay only 1 night but still see the city, and it was very convenient. The monuments and restaurants are only few steps away. The room was spaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! It was better than in some hotels with more stars. It is worth having it even when it is not very cheap.

To get to the hotel you have to follow exactly the hotel instructions. Parking places in the underground garage are limited and can´t be reserved. If you are lucky and get a place there, you have to get there with the car by the elevator, that is rather narrow and not very comfortable for big cars or unexperienced drivers. The breakfast room is nice, but rather small so it might be problem with the space / free tables.

Good, varied breakfast, something new appears every day, delicious cappuccino, you can also feel the national color, juices with a natural taste. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly. We choose the "large room", where there was a spacious shower room and a separate toilet and feel satisfied. Around the hotel there are many cafes, pubs and restaurants, there are also more places where you can buy food to take away. You don't have to go far to buy souvenirs or useful items that you can give to your hosts.

Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room and a fridge was missing, which is an important factor when staying for more than one night.

Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available for an extra €11 per night, either behind the hotel or in a garage with a narrow lift. The reception is open 24 hours, which is a nice touch. Overall, a good, no-frills option for a city stay.

The room lacked a minibar, had a strong citronella scent from air fresheners, and noise from other guests in the hallway was quite noticeable. But still we had a nice stay!

Location is in the city center, with own parking. We got a bit surprised that you have to go over the pedestrian square to enter the parking, but it seems that it works out like this in Maribor. All the instructions we received from hotel were very timely and clear. The breakfast had variety of food, it was very tasty. We recommend this place and would gladly visit again!

Parking was a bit too crowded and on the morning of our departure we had to wait for 10min for the truck to move so we could park out, but except for this minor thing, we were totally satisfied.

Perfect location for a short stay. Right in the heart of pedestrian zone (note: you really have to drive through pedestrian main square to reach the parking place right next to hotel).

The hotel, at least the windows in the rooms, were under construction, it was a real shame we couldn't open the windows and had to use the AC since the air outside was cool and fresh during our stay. Hope the will change the windows promptly.

I had an attic room with everything needed, bed was comfortable with clean sheets. Also the receptionists were super sweet and helpful, really nice!

I was strongly missing any kind of curtains in the skylight window. I was lucky to bring a sleeping mask but without it the morning sun would be the first thing on my face and I won´t be able to sleep. Also there was a little bit uncomfortable smell in the room and bathroom when I arrived. I had opened a window but still felt it.

We stayed in this hotel last year and we came back again. Hotel is in city center (really in center- so everybody was looking at us when we were driving to hotel), it has its own parking. Heating in hotel is very good, maybe even too good. It was very hot, so we had to open window during all night. Rooms are clean and very big. Nice breakfast. This hotel has very good "value for money".

Not much amusement in hotel itself but as soon as you walk outside you are in center of town and there are plenty of options.

- fantastic location (in the heart of old town) - parking (for extra fee) but didnt bother us - breakfast is exceptional ( we can say the best breakfast of all three stars hotel we have stayed) great range of both, cold and hot dishes. Usually hot dishes are quickly boiled or prepared, here it was really tasty. Stuff takes good care that there is all the time everything fresh and enough for everybody - people at the reception desk are kind, they have polite contact with guest, they dont look like low energy batteries which is great - comfy and very clean room, beds are good, the smell in room is also nice - its not noisy, very pleasant overall - keep on going with good work

- the only thing which could be better is to fix pressure from the tab in bathroom, its not good.
