Everything about our stay was great. From the communication before arrival, to the support received during our stay and the accommodation itself. The apartment was very big and comfortable, ideal for 2 couples (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), and the location is perfect for exploring the centre of the city, with plenty of dining options within 5 minutes walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

As some apartments are facing the the main square in which there are many bars and restaurants, it can get a bit noisy during the weekend nights. It didn't bother us, but something to be aware of.

Location, location, location. Park your car (18 euros a night) and then just stumble out to a plethora of restaurants in old town and less than 5 minutes to the water/the Lent Area. Having an apartment vs. one room makes for a more comfortable visit. There is an nespresso machine and kettle. They helped me with additional pods and milk. Nice to have that and a refrigerator. There were many windows with electronic shades and made it a light filled space. The breakfast was very nice - a nice European spread with lots of variety, cappacinos, and custom made eggs. 12.50 euros per per person is a good deal. The staff were very helpful and responsive.

There was no storage, adequate hooks or hangers. Some easy fixes: by the front door, put a shoe tray/rack, put 5 hangers for coats. In the bedroom: there is a desk like feature with a stool and safe underneath. We piled our suitcases on there. Above there is a bar with three hangers - but when used, they hit the suitcases. There was no other place to put the suitcases. Suggestions: In the bathroom: Add hooks and towel racks for towels, in the empty space behind the shower build some shelves for storage...and suitcase could easily fit there and provide 1-2 luggage racks. The safe never worked. A real turnoff that there was a spa that could be reserved for 3 hours for two people at astronomical prices. How about making it more accessible?

Very nice, the location is perfect, right in the main square, with everything you need close by. The staff was amazing, the room was generous and with everything you need. Oh and the beds...Oh my God the beds. I have a back issue and I 've been in 5 star hotels that could not accommodate my issue. But these mattresses and pillows were exceptional. We did not stay long so not much more to say.

Parking is a bit of an issue, but I guess it is a trade off in Europe that center town location means you have accepted the space limitations.

Limited air conditioning and hot water. Not all rooms have ac units. Mine had a small one and it was adequate but if temps were hotter may have been uncomfortable. Ran out of hot water quickly each day but made do! I would not let either prevent me from returning but I would definitely request room with AC!

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and had a very good selection albeit pricey. Room was large and accommodated our family of 4 very comfortably.

Room could use some maintenance. Doors didn’t open and close fully or easily. Locks didn’t work on bathrooms so no way to even latch the doors. Main door had no deadbolt or lock. Wifi was very slow and weak. Parking fee should be included.

Excellent location in the heart of the city within walking distance to everywhere you'd want to go. Well-equipped kitchen and a super comfy bed. Although check-in wasn't until 2pm we could leave the car there (paid parking) and explore the city while waiting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Looks like there was a fabulous view from our room but because the shutters wouldn't open, it was lost on us. This was a shame as it would have made a good room great. Our licence plate wasn't recognised coming into the pedestrian zone as promised. But the buzzer was answered promptly and we got in. We weren't offered a second key at check-in, but getting one was no problem when we asked.

Location, really big appartment with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, big terrase, stuff helpfull and nice, parking by the hotel. Everything very close, very good bakery near the hotel.

Could be more bigger cups in the kitchen, maybe salt, oil, and some smaller knifes, because there were only two, and very big for cutting something.

Modern, well designed, spacious apartment. Good cooking facilities, supermarkets close by. The staff were helpful. Good location in the heart of town. Our room overlooked a square with restaurants. There is street noise but I liked being near this hub. I enjoyed the festival that was on in Maribor while I was there, which had art activities in the park and music on stages across town. The town itself had a good feeling in the evening.

The property was spacious, very well maintained and so clean. It was located right at the centre of the city with easy access to nearby locations. since the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, if you are planning to visit in your own vehicle, make sure to inform them prior so that they can make a parking pass ready for you (very easy and hassle free). Will definitely book the same hotel when I visit Maribor again!

Great location, clean and spacious apartment. Staff was kind and very helpful. The breakfast is good and great. The restaurant, located in the hotel, is amazing, we had great dinner and I think my wife had her best tiramisu ever (their pizza is also great). Parking is easy and everything was arranged perfectly (as there is a gate, which goes down if you approach the hotel, based on your license plate).
