The view from the balcony was perfect. The balcony was spacious and ideal for evening chilling. The room was a standard, clean room, that you expect from such a hotel. Breakfast was fair, offers everything one would normally fancy in a standard hotel. The hotel was able to provide a locked place for our mountain bikes.

The hotel staff could be more informed about nearby attractions and services. After checking out, we asked if there was a possibility to use a shower (as we had spent the day biking), but the staff were not aware of any option to accommodate this. I believe this may change in the future, so keep asking. :-)

Great place, big comfortable rooms, also we had room with the view to cable car, that was nice. At the room we had everything what we may need. Welcoming staff at reception. Huge delicious breakfast!!!

Traveling for the past 15 years, and for the first time I see that you have to pay to use the wifi at the 4 star hotel…and at check in they don’t say you anything, you will find out this only at the room and if you need it you have to go back to reception!!! Big disappointment!!!

A nice hotel but not as rated a 4 star one Beds were a little bit unconfortable, a poor sound proff from other rooms, amenities not working in bathroom and be aware that despite they show pet friendly badge they charge you extra 20 euro for a small dog

Perfect location directly at the ski slopes. The staff was very polite and friendly, especially Luka at the restaurant and Neza at reception. Excellent breakfast, super cozy atmosphere in the lobby at the fireplace. Super relaxing wellness area. Ski room for ski equipment with boot-heater.

Unfortunately wellness has extra charge, such as parking. Place for improvement: towel hangers in the bathroom. The black little seats in the room are not comfy, and the pictures show armchairs.

My stay at Hotel Arena Maribor was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. Great room, spacious, very clean, there was a complementary small bottle of water in the room well received. We arrived late around 1.35 Am, they have 24h reception open. We stayed there one night 25-26 aug and returned on way back home 30-31 aug second stay we had a great room large at 3rd floor first night it was last room available in the attic, to small...but great bathroom :). Great breakfast we enjoyed it only on first stay. Second stay we slept, and we had late check out... really really appreciate it. We will come back!

Staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel is at nice location, 10-15 min from city center on the slopes of ski trail, surounded by nature. It was clean and comfortable. Welness was great, as well as breakfast.

Free wifi internet is capped to half hour usage, you need to reset connection each time. Standard connectiom is additionally charged, which I didn't see anywhere in last 15 years.

I can imagine this is a wonderful place for skiers, since it's a bit outside Maribor and directly next to the ski runs and lifts. The hotel is clean, well furnished and offers a nice breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The views from most rooms are beautiful

There was some issue with the window pane in our room - after the rain showers, water seeped through, although the window was closed. It was not much, however, and we managed to wipe it.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a nice terrace on which we could drink coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing, big choice of food, the allergens were stated everywhere, which was great for celiac travellers.

The hotel is a bit older, but well maintained. We liked everything.
