Very modern and stylish, very friendly. A really good choice if you visit Maribor by car, as it has a lot of private and safe parking lots. Rooms are big, beds are good, and everything is very modern and tasteful. Breakfast is fine as well, so there is absolutely nothing to complain about. We would go there a second time!

Walking path to the city centre is about 15-20 minutes, which is absolutely no problem. During daytime this is easy for everyone. At night some people might be afraid a bit, as parts of the way are without any lamps and through dark steets. This should be mentioned by the staff. Maybe it could be an option to inform about local bus connections.

The cutest boutique hotel. We loved the decor and how well designed it was. At first we were concerned where it was located but 6€ took us to City Center. The hotel is gated and we felt very safe. They even let us park our motorcycles in the garage. The hotel was air conditioned and was cooler than any other properties we stayed at in Eastern Europe. Lights come in immediately when you enter the hallway. The hotel had some very cool features. We were greeted in the parking lot and management was so helpful. A very pleasant personality. Would definitely stay again

A nice hotel with parking near the city center. Very clean rooms and nice atmosphere. Approximately 15 mins walking to the pedestrian street. On the way there you will see a great place to eat on the river side, recommended by the host - Jack and Joe. Check it out! Also, if you decide to come back from the city center by walk, take the big roads such as Gosposvetska cesta and the Koroški most.

Very small things, not a deal breaker at all: The bathroom didn’t have a working electric ventilation. The breakfast was a bit plain and a lot of food seems to be left, due to not many guests in the hotel. I would recommend an a-la-carte option instead of buffet. There is no refrigerator, but a drinks cooler in which the temperature doesn’t fall below 13 degrees. It doesn’t have enough space behind it for the air to circulate.

Karin was a star from start to finish, so friendly & helpful throughout our stay, also her Co staff were excellent. The rooms are large, modern and very comfortable, with tea/coffee facilities in your room plus a small drinks fridge. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and very tasty. The location is a 15/20 minutes walk along the river bank to the heart of the old town, being slightly out of town has the added benefit of secure free parking a rarity in these old cities. The honestly bar at the entrance to the hotel was an added bonus.

Maribor was the last stop in our Europe tour. We arrived the hotel around 19:00 and so tired. Karin (forgive me if i remember incorrect) welcomed us with an exceptional energy :D We were planning to walk around the old town next day in the morning. After telling all the details about our stay she started to point the interesting spots to visit on the Maribor map, with few food place recommendation. She literally recharged our batteries. We immediately headed off to discover the city. Maribor was a great and this accommodation made it even better! Also, there was a free parking in site.

The hotel is very modern, clean, with al lot of facilities, including free parking. The rooms are spacious, very modern and clean. The optional breakfast was nice and not too expensive. Staff was very accommodating and helped us with any requests we had.

If there is one thing to remark, it is that the hotel is located in a residential area, a couple of kilometers from the city center. To get to the center requires a 30 min walk or a 10 min car drive.

Amazing and super friendly staff both with people and pets, with top facilities regarding cleaning, comfort, silence, everything looked brand new too. The only not that good point was the breakfast that was a bit crowded and thus not so enjoyable. I bet if there's had one more people of the staff working at that time it would also have been great too.

The breakfast was the only less good point. After covid, we still feel that these sort of shared areas could be a bit larger so everybody could feel a bit more comfortable and safer. Also the food was good, but as it was a bit crowded for the space, some of the items were already gone even we weren't that late having the breakfast.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room is really smart: solid wood decor and high quality fittings etc. Shutters on windows are good for dark sleep. Our room had almost no noise at night from the road. Good location if you have a car or enjoy walking. Safe neighbourhood.

Weather 🤣 Some internal noise can be heard if other rooms are bashing about but soundproofing was decent.

Excelent hotel, with a cool vibe and modern design. Very clean, very confortable beds, and extra bed for a family of 3. Very quiet, both the hotel and the street. The ladys at the reception and the breakfast staf was very nice, welcoming and helpfull. We found parking place in the yard, didn't need to put it in the undergroung garaje. Would happily return !

It’s clean, with a very nice location (as for person who travel with dogs), not so far from the old part of city (15 minutes by foot with beautiful views). Karin who runs this hotel as well as all staff who works there are exceptionally helpful and in a minute solved all problems and make you wish to return if you’ll happen yo be again in Maribor!
