The fact that we stayed longer than initially planned, says it all. Beautiful, quiet location, spacious clean room with a view, nice pool area, great breakfast to get you started for another day of exploring. Staff was reduced due to off season booking, but Tessa Ebenwalder the directress made up for it 10 times over...from being super friendly on the phone and during check in to freshly preparing egg dishes for breakfast. Nothing was too much for her and whatever she did, she did it with a genuine smile. Once she was on her day off, it was a completely different story...unfortunately. Nevertheless, it's been a lovely stay and we will definitely come back.

The hotel staff was super accommodating (like giving us dinner when we arrived just before the restaurant was shutting because our train was so late). It’s really cute on a hill in the bottom of the wine region hills. Right next to an awesome e-bike rental place and across the road from this perfect swimming hole! Also, breakfast buffet was on point!

Room: clean, comfortable bad, clean bathroom. The rooms on the second floor are worse than the rooms on the upper floors, but in any case nice and comfortable. Restaurant: had a good menu, with enough choices. The people are nice and professional. Personelle of the hotel: Nice, polite and professional. Prices: adverage for such kind of hotel.

The forniture of the room /2nd floor was old.

you can hear the highway a little bit, however, as we were just passing through it was great that we did not have to drive too far off into the countryside...

simply excellent! super friendly and helpful personnel, exquisite breakfast, dinner is certainly to come back for and to try the remaining of the menu and it is served in a manner that you feel being treated and spoiled. view from the room makes you dream and lemon grass perfumed steam bath and a pool let your body rest after a long road. Definitely to repeat...

Everything was pleasant! RESTAURANT JUST GREAT TOO

The room gets really warm in the night, we just open the windows, never check if we're there AC. Box lunch can be a littler bit more elaborate.

Parking was free and easy to find. Check in was very simple and fast, the staff was very friendly and gave us all the info needed. Our room was in the ground floor, very clean and with a nice mini bar. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was really amazing - I highly recommend you to try it.

Amazing vine-covered terrace for restaurant. Great air conditioning. Safe undercover storage for bicycles. Good breakfast. Stunning garden and forest view from our room. Great shower and comfortable bed. Dressing gowns and slippers provided.

Some noisy guests above and beside us; nothing that lasted long but a nuisance nevertheless.
