Breakfast room was light and airy. Beautiful. We did not have breakfast there as we are not big breakfast people and it was expensive - easier to walk into the street and have beautiful coffee and pastry. Hotel was beautiful and brand new - a very nice place. Bed was a bit hard for me but everyone else loved their rooms. Nice roof top terrace bar area as well as a patio on the main floor. A stunning hotel you will not be disappointed with. Right beside the palace and main walking street.

Staff seemed very grumpy. Even though we think our room was ready they wanted €50 to check in a little bit early so we had to wait to 1500 exactly. The spa was very nice but no pool - you need a pool. However, they said it was open one day, we all got dressed for steam room and it was not open. Again, front desk argued it was open. I think a little customer service would be worth investing in. Also, very small niggle but I could not find hooks for wet towels, there was no usb plug for phones and they did not clean coffee mugs in the room.

All receptionists are so kind. When I checked out the hotel, I needed a taxi and a receptionist called many taxi companies. Unfortunately, all were busy and I couldn't take any. But I was admired that she really was willing to do something for me with a kind smile. I strongly recommend this hotel and happily rebook this hotel when I visit Eisenstadt again.

The hotel didn't provide water bottles for the first day. I have traveled to many countries. Most hotels in the same level as Galantha provided at least two bottles.

The hotel is nicely designed, clean and breakfast was amazing. Almost everyone I interacted with from the hotel's team was helpful, polite and made you feel welcomed.

There is no dedicated ventilation nor a sink (to wash your hands) in the room where the toilet is. In the morning of the departure I asked for some information regarding usage of a basic service in the city, from the reception, but I was brushed off

Very nice and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff! Best location in the city, we just love it! It was already our third time and we will come back for sure! We had problem with the hot water and they offered us to change the room or to get discount at our next reservation (this one had we already payed)

Great hotel just opposite side of the castle. Room was nice and good size, bed comfortable, bath with shower. Parking at the garage. Breakfast rich and healthy. At dinner the food was also fine what choosen from the menu. Staff super smart and helpful🙏

We couldn’t make dark for night in the room, the curton is not black out unfortunatelly.

We very much enjoyed the Rooftop Bar, with the very best view of Eisenstadt and the Wulka Valley (we wish it opened earlier ;-) ) We also were grateful for the strategically placed lounge chairs and sofas which made waiting for taxis, friends joining us etc. all the more comfortable.

Fantastic new hotel, with convenient underground parking. The room was facing the main road but the isolation was good enough to protect from noise coming from the street. The room was equipped with a coffee maker and a kettle! Finally, a hotel that accommodates the basic need of preparing our tea. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of space for your clothing in a built-in closet. There was also a useful desk and a short built-in loveseat, a round small coffee table, everything in modern design. The bathroom had a great shower, both a rain shower and a removable shower head, all made of great pensive hotels. I loved the high quality of the new blow dryer. Another feature I've never happened to encounter, not even in 5-star hotels we stayed. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very tasty and the breakfast also offered a variety of options to choose from. The roof floor included a sky bar with indoor and outdoor seating, and a nice setting with a beautiful view of the palace, old town, and surroundings. Overall, we were very satisfied, much beyond our expectations, and would come again!

The built-in loveseat seat (in blue) is a nice piece of furniture but a bit too firm. I would suggest a thicker seat that provides more comfort. The overall color scheme of the hotel design is nice but the red parts did not work for me. I'd change the red to a softer hue that resides in harmony with the other colors.

Great location, nice design and comfortable bed. We loved the spa but at the evening it got a bit clumsy (people left their glasses and mugs everywhere). Kind and helpful staff, we love to come back here year by year.

The ventilation was not working, which was disturbing in the bathroom.

It was quite expensive, possibly due to dates overlaping with a local festival. Breakfast was good but also quite expensive - 30 euros per person per day. Room was slightly smaller than imagined from photos, but still comfy. Small detail - WC door not closing quite right.

Great facilities, amazing Spa and friendly staff. The suite we stayed in was clearly thought through well and designed with usability and comfort in mind.

The breakfast was good, but not worth the hefty price point (36 € p. P.). We therefore just had brunch at a lovely café and skipped hotel breakfast the second day.
