Large family room. Swimming pool. Intersport next door at the cable car building where you can rent bikes (and skigear in the winter). Hotellounge/bar (with some simple meal/snack options) with nicely decorated and sometimes live music which made it cozy and a great place to play games in the evening. Try to ask for a room in a building with Mountain view at time of booking

We booked an non refundable rate. We didn't realize that made us not flexible at all anymore to change anything to the booking. We wanted to upgrade to two smallers rooms instead of 1 family room (at surcharge). But were not allowed because of the rate we booked. I do understand this was our own choice and the rate was a great deal. But as a hospitality business I would try to be more flexibile with this. We've learned to be aware more of the strict conditions of the non refundable rates for future bookings.

I was not the best guest, because I asked for a seperate beds although the only room avaliable was with double bed. I came late and missed the check in. But amazing staff managed to deal with all my quirks, so the card was waiting for us at the bar which was luckily open until midnight that day, and they managed to create a seperate beds for us. Staff was amazing, especially Ahmed who was really kind to us :) Breakfast is served in the bar 50 meters from the main building and it was great.

The Lodge is perfectly located at the base station of the gondola, the rooms were very comfortable. Everything is made out of wood but with a modern style. There is a restaurant as part of the lodge which serves breakfast. In the evening there is often live music which was excellent when we were there.

The reception/booking staff were very unaccomadative to any requests we had prior to arriving. Added to this, they got the room allocation wrong even after sending it through numerous times. I had the impression that they rather focused on the guests who booked directly instead of this platform.

We arrived at the hotel only to find our room wasn't available, so our booking was cancelled. But the hotel booked us in at a hotel in a nearby village 15 mins drive away. And that was very nice. So this was quite inconvenient, especially having no prior warning after a long drive. However it was beyond their control and the new hotel was maybe nicer. It had free beer, and a free breakfast which we hadn't paid for at the original hotel. So all good!

We loved the outdoor heated pool, very welcome after a day skiing. Nice rooms, fair size. Nice bar to play games in as a family. Ski storage beneath the rooms. Ski in / out. Right next to the gondola. Lovely long blue run (80) to get back to the hotel. Underground car park beneath hotel.

Charging an extra €5 to use a bathrobe - this should be included. Pillow was almost non existent! Having to go outside to get to the pool. Difficult to park if you arrive later in the day.

The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. They had great live music and the lounge was bet comfortable. They had two closets, enough space for clothes and shoes.

The bed was hard, the place was not build very robust. When a Neighbor door shuts, all the walls shake so loud that it rips you out of your sleep. No fans in the bathroom or air system in the bedrooms do it’s gets really hot.

The location was perfect. Good food, fun apres options (the entire spectrum from quiet pint to banging tunes). Got a 15% discount at the Intersport rental shop at the gondola station. And, only a 15 minute walk into town for more options. And the pool after a days skiing was perfect!

The lodges were built by stacking pre-fab units - so the rooms are long and narrow. Really great setup inside, but there’s only one bedside table. Had we been thinking creatively we’d have gone and got a crate of beer :)

Amazing location. Mountains were beautiful. The pool was good to use although felt like it could have been warmer. The restaurant across the road was really good too for German/Austrian food. And the Tirol Bar and Grill was great for breakfast. Its a great location to explore nearby German and Austrian Sightseeing.

Perhaps the bathroom doors could actually be a separate room as my morning shower was loud enough to wake up my friends that wanted to sleep in.

Beautiful view !!! Great location next to gondola and chair lift station. Comfy place, quite spacious for family suite. Most staffs are very friendly and helpful.

We expected a smoking free unit as this one is a family suite. But as soon as we opened the door, the smoke smell hit so hard. The smoke smell so bad from the sofa bed. Other room didn' t smell like that at all. The cleaning staff just went inside to spray the room, but of course it didn' t help at all. We can' t change the room because they are fully booked.

Location was excellent, you walk 50metres to Gondola, they have ski storage facilities. Rooms were great.

Suana was mostly crowded with naked men. could add jacuzzis or another sauna that isn't unisex, because the swimming pool is nice, but just a few degrees too cold. You still get cold in the pool outside.
