Location is perfect for nature lovers and cross country skiing - a lot nearby, with little tourists and easy access. The hotel is nice and quiet, great food on dinner and lunch time. Big room with spacious balcony, large parking. The own ice skating place was a nice surprise!

Room design could be better, especially for family rooms and shower isn't convenient, with water spilling all around.. The breakfast is tasty, but almost same all the days, with scrambled eggs being an only hot meal... With such a boutique style I would expect a la carte simple dishes at morning. Spa saunas is at extra cost - we haven't tried (yet surprised as I never before encountered such a practice in Tirolean or Südtirol hotels..) Also, the hotel is very much in love with dog owners, with dogs being all around at all times - something which isn't as clear when booking via Booking.com, per say. As we came for cross country skiing for a few days we got what we where up to, yet I'm not sure the hotel is universally fit for every traveler..

Peaceful location enabled sound sleep. The room was beautiful with a large, comfortable bed, nice rainfall shower head with great water pressure, a nice balcony with rocking chairs, and beautiful lighting throughout the room including nice reading lights on the bed. The restaurant was excellent (I ate dinner there every night). The breakfast was very good, with plenty of savory and sweet options. The value for the price was exceptional.

Everything. This hotel should be packed everyday. Super friendly staff. Facilities, room, bathroom/shower -all exceptional. Car parking excellent. Location is greatbfir hikes, bike rides etc. Restaurant food very good.

A dream location for a nature lover. An amazing location, great food, comfortable rooms, peace and quiet, stunning nature all around. Dedicated staff and owners. Kid friendly. All in all a perfect holiday. We will certainly return & would recommend to our friends as a dream destination.

Nothing at all.

Very friendly owners and staff. Beautiful location. On the rooftop you find a sauna area with nice relax chairs. Room was very nice. Great beds. Good shower, nice balcony. Good area for hiking. Very quiet. No road with noice. Good wines at dinner

I didn't like breakfast very much. No fresh eggs. No fresh juices. Further ok with bread/ham/cheese/yoghurt, but nothing special. The bridge to the hotel is closed which means you have to make a detour of 4 km over a bike tracks. Maybe good to mail guests about this issue. At the dinner area there is a lot of playground equipment for children. Nice if you come with children, but in our case (without children) I would prefer to have it not directly adjacent at the dinner area.

Really beautiful contemporary hotel. Facilities were perfect. Restaurant was especially good. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect, might be the best place we’ve ever stayed at. We will visit again!

If you need to work with big files the internet might be too slow. Its fine for Netflix but you dont want to download / upload much here, sadly. Not a big deal for us, though.
