I liked the helpful staff. They were really engaged with everyone and helping them with all their needs. I also liked that they have so many things in the hotel going on.

The location was a bit far from the central station and the bus facility is infrequent. As a solo traveler relying on public transport you have to rely on walking

Great location, big room, with space for a sofa, a big wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. I could even store my hand luggage for 3 days as I went on a hut trekking trip in the meantime

We had a room overlooking the mountains and it was beautiful! Our bed was perfect, not soft, not hard. The staff were all friendly, accommodating and helpful. We arrived in the evening and when we requested a pick- up, they obliged immediately. We will surely stay here again.

Gorgeous location. Loved waking up at the foot of the mountain each morning. Wonderful staff. Sauna was a treat each night. Breakfast buffet was great, nice substantial options to fuel us for hikes. We enjoyed the eggs and sausages.

Pillows were very insubstantial and didn't provide much neck support. Coffee machine was meh, but this is expected in all places in Germany.

The breakfast is very good, the room is spacious clean and comfy, the location is walking distance from everything. The sauna was insane, very nice view:) Also, the staff is always there to help you!

The only issue was the internet connection in the room. That was so weak that you have to go downstairs into the lobby to use it/work. Not a major issue and probably not an issue in many other rooms.

Breakfast room had breath taking views tables well spaced, staff very attentive and obliging every effort made to supply me with gluten free products. Good choice of food available. View from my room absolutely gorgeous very clean and well designed. Would stay in this hotel again and have recommended it to my friends

Maybe a little more variety of gluten free dishes. Also it would help if a sign indicating gluten free dishes/foods would be great as it would not be necessary to keep asking staff what dishes are gluten free.

Very spacious rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, and nice spa facilities and large garden. The hotel is well located, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately, there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. (This was communicated up front in the room info, though).
