The hotel was located conveniently for the station, for the cable car station to the Nabelhorn, the town centre, and the start of numerous walks. It was located in a quiet street. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The room was spacious with a large balcony.

The location was excellent, very good sized rooms and a good breakfast.

At the hotel no one spoke english, but the most annoying thing was that during checkout the lady responsible was very arrogant and her behavior was unacceptable. You cannot treat people badly just because you don't speak their language or because they are foreigners.

Impecabbly clean, very helpful staff and tasty breakfast. The hotel is very central, within walking distance from all interest points in Oberstdorf.
