Super location on the edge of Oberstorf. Only 2 mins walk to catch the free buses, and about 15 mins on foot to the village centre. Spacious, modern room (nr 22) with 2 comfy chairs for relaxing and a large balcony. New bathroom. Comfortable bed and bedding. Good breakfast and both ladies serving at breakfast were very friendly.

Out of reception times there is no chance to get a hot drink. A coffee machine in the reception area or coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be welcome. Only 4 parking spaces. But these 2 points didn't really spoil our stay.

Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful, room was clean and beds comfy. Loved our balcony overlooking the snowy mountains. Breakfast choice was incredible freshly baked cake, delicious breads, cheeses, meats and fruit

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Very thin towels, didn’t match the luxury feel of the room We returned back to the hotel during the afternoon and had to walk past three members of staff smoking on the hotel entrance steps.

Spacious room with terrace was very comfortable- we were able to park car in garage and don’t move it for 2 days- awesome breakfast choices - easy walking distance to Nebelhorn Bahn and Restaurants- friendly staff -

Shower cabin did not have a grab bar or anti slip

Good welcome, spotlessly clean, quiet location but only a short walk into town centre/train & bus stations. Lovely breakfast buffet.

The lack for full time front desk personnel during normal business hours was quite disappointing and caused some inconvenience.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible by car with plenty of parking. The room is extremely clean and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable

breakfast was outstanding, in quality and variety. very very competent and friendly staff. the room was super clean, and mega modern furnished, all very comfortable incl. floor heating, great large bed, comfortable mattress and linen and pillows. great shower. lots of parking available, in garage and on the street. really super mega fantastic !!! :-)

The staff are wonderful.

Smoking is allowed on the balconies, which means that other people’s cigarette smoke will come onto your balcony and into your room.

Warm and nice timber design, enough storage room for cloth and luggage, silent night sleep, friendly stuff, healthy and versatile breakfast.

Lightning in the bathroom could be better - really difficult to do make-up for ladies, probably also shaving for men. Also, for the price, ear stabs, cleaning pads & co, and probably even a small welcome chocolate should be included. Coffee could do better as well ;)

Amazing family hotel, big and very clean room, parking just outside. 10 mins walk to the center of town and the cable car. Good breakfast. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

No elevator but it didn't bother us as we were on first floor
