Very clean, cozy apartment with a mountain view and outside pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the room itself was spacious enough for four people. The location is great (supermarket and bus station just around the corner). At the reception, you can borrow a basketball, football, or ping pong paddles, which is a nice bonus. The wellness area is clean, with two saunas and complimentary refreshments like juice, water, and fruit — a very nice touch. The owners are incredibly kind! :) Thank you both for the warm welcome and for a small gift at check-out (heart candies and a mini flashlight), our nephew was so happy about it! We really enjoyed our stay here. The attention to detail throughout the property was lovely, and we truly hope to come back next year!

Everything about the hotel was fantastic! The facilities were top notch, always super clean and tidy. We got the ground floor 2 persons room, which opened up to the pool and long chair area. That was really nice, it gets busy and noisy with kids but it didn’t really bother us. The cows resting and hanging out on the other side of the fence is a lovely plus! We loved the wellness (sauna) area - we were always there alone so it really felt intimate and privatised. The owners, Thomas and Nicole were great hosts, and eager to share their knowledge about the area and offered options on available daily activities too. The Flachau guest card was also a great bonus! There isn’t a proper breakfast option at the hotel but the owners cater a small breakfast station where you can help yourself for free. You can bring your own breakfast in the dining area, which is always neat and welcoming. We would recommend and would be keen to go back :)

Wonderful family hotel. Extremely kind, warm, flexible hosts, very beautiful surroundings, stylish interior, everything done with love. Great wellness area. We got much more than we expected. Mini breakfast, swimming pool, free electric bikes. Our teenagers were especially happy to ride them. There is a sports complex next door, which also made the children happy. Overall, everything was wonderful! Thank you🙂

Our stay at the "Enjoy the Alps" Hotel was truly exceptional thanks to the incredible staff. Although it was the end of the season and breakfast service had ceased, they graciously allowed us to use the breakfast room, which was lovingly set with coffee and drinks provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future and will highly recommend it to others. Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience!

The place is amazing. Luxury equipped hotel with SPA, pool and even better views from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious, large buffet with all kinds of fresh fruit, vegetables, pastry...Thomas and his wife are great. We got tips of what to do and where to go, they were always there when we needed, very friendly and nice. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything in Flachau, supermarket across the street. We had really an amazing stay.. Thank you again, we definitely will come back...special thanks for making my girlfriends birthday day so special - she was surprised with fresh bouqet flowers and a bottle of champagne at the breakfast table in the morning Michal and Lucia

There is nothing, everything was flawless

It was clean and comfortable and the pool was lovely. We really enjoyed the wellness area also. The attention to detail was lovely throughout the property. Staff were very friendly. The beds were the most comfortable we we slept in in Austria! We would definitely return.

Our room was a little small for 4 of us as children are a bit older. But for two nights it was perfect.

Loved the apartment, very spacious and very well equipped. Supermarket across the street and very easy access everywhere. Very very good breakfast. Lots of varieties of cheese and ham and salami and bread and eggs

I wish there was a children playground outside, many hotels had trampoline and bikes to use for free. But the pool was excellent and a nice (small indoors) games room for children was great. Some playgrounds nearby that are open for public nearby

Hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were excellent, and staff was wonderful and professional. Perfect for our group of 9 people across 3 rooms.
