The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The facility is well-maintained and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The sauna is great, offering a relaxing experience, and the kids’ play area is extremely well-equipped, making it an excellent choice for families.

The kitchen was not well-equipped—there were no scissors or wooden spoons. However, when we asked, the staff quickly provided them. The toilet and bathroom were in the same space and unfortunately had no heating, which made it less comfortable. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the hallway.

We had a wonderful stay! We came with our two young children (3 and 1 years old) to this property because we saw that it was very child friendly. Our kids had a blast jumping on the trampolines and hanging out at the gymboree. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fantastic and had all to tools needed to to cook up a yummy meal. They thought of everything- even a potty for our 3 year old (: We even rented e-bikes with a trailor for the kids. Such an amazing experience. The location was perfect for us. We are happy we booked our stay with Sonnberg Ferienanlage. Thank you for having us!

Great facilities and a warm welcome. We were looking for something for our young children and the indoor playground and playroom were massive. Furthermore, there was an animal husbandry nearby as well as other attractions. Totally worth the stay and we will definitely be back. It was that good. Their attention to detail in providing cribs and bedding for our babies was extremely well thought out and I congratulate them on their organisation. Furthermore, they have spare strollers and carriers to support families so you can minimise the amount of stuff you take.

The beds were slightly hard, but this is obviously a personal preference.

We had a great time! The place is beautiful and the workers are willing to help:) I think that there are more things to do there with kids but it was very good also for a couple. We loved it and definitely recommend it to anyone:)

You need to bring everything, from the shampoo to the cooking oil and even salt. Even tea and coffee (the coffee machine in the reception is open only between 10 am to 18:00 - hours that most of the travelers are on the road).. Also, it is very cold at night and the room heater doesn’t work, we had to ask for a radiant but because the reception closes very early they couldn’t see our massage so we basically froze at night :( It is important to say that in the minute that they saw our massage in the morning they apologised and gave us the radiant! Very nice:)

The best hotel I've stayed at during my last five visits to Austria. It offers numerous activities for kids, so there's no need to go anywhere else. My kids loved it. A special thanks to the owner, who greeted us warmly with a big smile and invited us to pick some fruits from the garden. The reception staff were very friendly, always welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely return again.

Everything 😃 An amazing and beautiful location right in the middle of the mountains and perfect for holidays. Very well maintained area with almost every facility available for kids and couples where you can relax and enjoy. The best thing is that the facilities provided were free. Even renting the e-bikes was very cheap. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Hiking and cycling trails was also available around.

Overall our stay was nice. I liked the indoor Gymboree and playroom (useful for rainy days). I liked the bicycles for all sizes that the property allows guests to use during the stay and I liked the outside trampoline which was useful on nice weather. The room was spacious.

our room was on the third floor with no elevator. the room was not lighted enough (only spot lights and there wasn't enough light in the evening or rainy days) especially on the living room and eating area. The reception didn't provide us any details regarding a local card that we should've received that could have saved us a few euros in some attractions in the area (their claim was "you didn't ask for it", but how could one know he needs to ask for it?)

This was fantastic accomodation. Probably the best I have ever been. Super good place, extra close to the ski area, calm area in the nature. The appartment very comfortable, well equipped and super clean. I would recomend to everyone who wants to have great vacation in the mountains

Truly a perfect place for vacation in the Salzburg country. A very friendly team, nice apartment and a great vacation village good for all ages. Good location close to many main roads intersections but still very quite. We enjoyed the atmosphere

We were a little disappointed that the apartment did not match the description at the booking App. Expected to have a separate bedroom and separate living room. So we slept on a sofa bed instead of a regular bed. They are going to tell biking to fix it.

We were very surprised by the facilities for children. The area offers a wide variety of experiences for families and everything is a short drive away. Highly recommended, we will probably come back again with friends.

Some of the beds creaked and were not so comfortable, I think basic necessities were missing in the room such as sugar, salt, etc. It is strange that such a large and fully equipped kitchen lacked basic products Other than that everything was great!
