I visited this hotel with my husband and kids, and it far exceeded our expectations. The room was big and perfect for a couple with kids, the food was delicious, and the activities for the kids were perfect. We had everything we needed. The kids had fun at the Kids Club and the adults were able to enjoy the spa amenities. Thank you to all the very friendly staff members. We were very impressed. the bed is too soft, not really good for the back. should write more precisely about the difference between the hotel and the annex.
