Great location close to the highway, as we were on route towards Slovenia. The facilities are amazing, with a big wellness area which was open until 20.00 and a restaurant next to the hotel. Good food for reasonable prices. Staff super friendly and also an extensive choice at breakfast. We enjoyed it!

One thing we missed was the fact we couldn’t arrange the temperature of the room (or at least we couldn’t find it). We prefer colder nights, but with the window open it was OK. Another small thing. Our room was in the older part (with carpet on the floor - not our favorite). The new rooms look super nice on the pictures.

Located right by the autobahn but couldn't hear any noise in the rooms. Beautifully decorated, upscale country, very cosy. Breakfast had variety of breads, jelly, fresh scrambled eggs, cold cuts, soft boiled eggs, juices and coffees. Personnel was very friendly.

Our room was quite small. The small toilet room was separate from the shower but didn't have a sink. The shower room had a sink, but was also tiny. Larger people would have difficulty using the toilet and the shower, despite the folding doors. Also, the room door did not have a separate bolt lock to lock the door from the inside. We had to use the key to lock it overnight. It worked for us, but wouldn't want to stay for more than a night or two.

The hotel is on the main road so if you want to open the window, it is very noisy. The swimming pool is very small and very cold, but the kids still managed to enjoy it.

We really liked this hotel. Staff was kind and helpful, they were very accomodating. Breakfast was good and the dinner in the gasthof perfect. Sauna was really nice and relaxing. Rooms are a bit out of date but cozy and have everything you need.

Very kind hosts, great and cosy atmosfere, nice wellness and brekfast area (great viewes and food). Close to the crosscountry slopes (loipe) and to the center of the city.

Difficult to enter the main road with a car due to heavy traffic.

We didn't like the bathroom fan - running too long Missing sausages at the breakfast Sauna has a bit too low number of showers Sauna temperature is set to 73 degrees. More than 80 degrees would be much better.

Good breakfast with all that you need to start the day! Calm an nice searing.

WiFi speed is not high enough to do the things we are used to onine.

Pool is small and hotel is right on the road - sound did not bother us much but you will need to drive I to town.

The property is really well-appointed and well maintained. We were driving to Italy, and it was SO CONVENIENT-- just off the motorway. However, this is a hotel that I would like to come back to and spend a few days. The hotel is clean and updated. A bar with outside seating and places for children to hang out. There is obviously a lot to do in the area. And a terrific restaurant adjacent.

Everything was excellent - the whole hotel, the room we stayed in, the relax and sauna spot. The interior design is wow. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes from ski resort Flachau. Also the breakfast was very good, but the dinner in their restaurant was exceptional! I really recommed this stay!
