The hosts are very welcoming, helping and kind. It was a pleasure meeting you. The apartment suited us well- spacious rooms, very clean, with a small kitchen for cooking, and a balcony with an amazing view! We were lucky to stay on the upper floor, where one room even had a skylight. The front garden also great with lots of space and facilities for the kids. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. It truly felt like coming back to a vacation home after long days. The location is also excellent - Quiet, yet close enough to the center if you have a car. We couldnt ask for anything more.

An excellent hotel with amazing and kind hosts. Everything is spotless and well-organized, and the room is spacious and feels like home. The breakfast is excellent. The location is secluded and quiet, yet close to everything the area has to offer. Definitely a hotel worth returning to.

Loved everything!

We were 4, two couples, booked a junior room. The host upgraded our booking to a suite. I think the hotel was renovated recently. It was super clean. Breakfast was good enough in the morning and it was included in the price. The parking was free as well. I asked for a bike and they provided me a good one :) The owners were very friendly, trying to prepare our requests with smile.

It was a very pleasant stay, the owners are really nice explaining everything, wellness was really amazing - we used Finnish and steam sauna after the skiing (infra sauna is there also), there are different rest rooms with relaxing decoration. In fact the stylish decoration was everywhere, making the stay very pleasurable. Breakfast is rich and the owners are there making sure that everything is perfect.

(E-bikes for a fee) - Very relaxed sauna facilities. - Free parking - Card for discounts included.

- If I have to say something: The room was advertised with balcony, Unfortunately that was not the case. But no big deal.

Very nice and polite family owners that do everything for you. Breakfast is smaller, but always fresh. Quiet location for family or people that do not prefer cities and evening programs.

It was amazing week in Aparthotel Kristtal in Altenmarkt. In arrival day we were upgrade to bigger and better apartment. It was the better option for us and our two cats :))) Owners, Family Wolfsteiner are charming people., with smile on their face all time. Every request was done, every problem was resolved. They helped us in all problems. Appartment was very nice, clean and full equipment. Breakfast were very rich and full of local flavors. This place is worth to be there.

The hotel was really comfortable and beautifully maintained.

The lady at the hotel was really pinpointing a lot of things. When we sat on couch outside she was coming again and again keeping the pillows in order. It was really like she was there keeping an eye. The man there was really complete opposite and funny and helpful always. I am sure because of him the hotel must be getting more ratings.

The owners are very nice, Elizabeth and Gerhard are charming, a welcoming family atmosphere, advice and guidance and direction to places of entertainment, we had the opportunity to sit with them for a drink and an interesting conversation, they provided us with everything we wanted and beyond

Excellent and super hotel as previous years (10 years). Absolutely nothing to complain. Super friendly owners (Liesbeth and Gerhard) and staff.
