We had a really nice stay at the Hotel Flachauerhof. The room itself was big, bathroom and toilet separate, nice lounge area and clean, but no kettle / coffee making machine or fridge in the room. A big plus for the separate skiing room to store your equipment and the sauna area, we loved it after a long skiing day and it was never too crowded. We really appreciated the Hotel's effort for the breakfast buffet, especially the consideration of my partner being coeliac.

We wouldn't recommend to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, that was very expensive and disappointing.

The hotel is located in a cozy town on a fairly quiet street. The hotel has free parking - it’s really convenient. We had two rooms and both of them were great! The rooms were perfectly clean, bright, stylish and spacious. The stay was very pleasant from the very first step. It is very convenient, you can check in easily if you after reception hours if you arrive late. The bedding is impeccably clean, the beds are really comfortable and we had a very good rest. There is an opportunity to use the SPA area, but we arrived very late, so we will try it next time. The view from the window was amazing mountains! We also had a balcony. The only small drawback is that it is connected to the balcony of the next room. They are separated, but not by a wall. But the balcony is still nice! We found everything we needed in the bathroom. The shower is comfortable. The furniture in the room is in excellent condition, not worn. Spacious wardrobes. Excellent breakfast. Really wide selection I guess for every taste. Delicious and good quality food. Lots of fresh vegetables, several kind of fish, lots of fruit. Delicious cakes. It was a big pleasure to have a glass of sparkling wine for breakfast. Tasty high-quality coffee and juice. Pleasant and kind service. The receptionist was very kind and helpful at check-out - thank you for the nice conversation and gifts - bottles of Alpine water!

All-purpose hotel in the center of Flachau. We love the city, but so far we have stayed elsewhere both in winter and summer - maybe now, that will change. Comfortable room, extremely clean, polite staff.

The hotel accepts pets, which is very good and they also receive special service (bed, feeding bowl, etc.) There is also a price for this, but they really pay attention to them. The only problem is that animals are not allowed in the restaurant at breakfast - you can only eat with your pets on the terrace. This was a problem now, even in the summer, on 1-1 rainy mornings, but from autumn to spring it is definitely a bigger problem.

The hospitality and enormous helpfulness. I had broken my hand and couldn't carry my luggage to my room myself. The receptionist helped me immediately. She asked how I was doing every morning. You rarely encounter such empathetic people these days. At checkout, I had to report when I was ready to leave, and then a friendly staff member would help me with my luggage. Much praise for the receptionist who arranged everything, thank you, Afrodithe.

The stay at the Hotel Flachauerhof was one of the best experiences. Starting from the reception - Staff was really helpful and gave us all needed information. The room was clean and comfy. The Hotel is pet friendly - our Westie got a snack as a welcome gift. All pet stuff was already there (dog bowls, dog-bed). They provide parking spots. Great breakfast. Location is perfect. I fully recommend! :)

We were there during a very hot period and air conditioning would be a life saver! However, the views made up for its missing ;)

I totally recommend this place. Cosy, very clean and modern place. Great spa with different types of saunas. Free toiletries, bathrobe, and sleepers. Rituals's products ✨️ 😍 In conclusion, this place is perfect for relaxing 😌, enjoying the beautiful mountain surroundings and fresh air.

Beautiful hotel, great location, modern, very well designed, the staff was very kind and helpful and they made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived very late due to heavy traffic as we were driving from far, and reception closes at 20:00 so we contacted them and they told us they will leave our key in a safe box, she made sure we had all the instructions and she was always willing to help and really kind. The room was big and pleasant, I loved the rituals toiletries! And the view was beautiful, the bed was also comfortable, and breakfast was excellent! They had a lot of choice and variety :) We only stayed 1 night as we needed a stop over, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! I wish we could have stayed longer, but we are hoping to go back sometime again :) thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality!

Well apportioned rooms, newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Medium size hotel with personal touch from staff.

Breakfast drink station for water/juice with mini glasses, so more time spent getting the drink than consuming it. Like too many hotels these days…

The location, the view, the staff, the food, the cleanliness

Nothing much, but they could add a few more things like a weighing scale in the bath room and a coffee to go cup for travellers who are on the go who would like to grab a cup for the trip.

We had a great time for the period we've stayed here. The room was great (counting we got an upgrade), the breakfast also rich and tasty, staff always available and helpful. Definitely recommended for everyone.
