We had a really nice stay at the Hotel Flachauerhof. The room itself was big, bathroom and toilet separate, nice lounge area and clean, but no kettle / coffee making machine or fridge in the room. A big plus for the separate skiing room to store your equipment and the sauna area, we loved it after a long skiing day and it was never too crowded. We really appreciated the Hotel's effort for the breakfast buffet, especially the consideration of my partner being coeliac.

We wouldn't recommend to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, that was very expensive and disappointing.

All-purpose hotel in the center of Flachau. We love the city, but so far we have stayed elsewhere both in winter and summer - maybe now, that will change. Comfortable room, extremely clean, polite staff.

The hotel accepts pets, which is very good and they also receive special service (bed, feeding bowl, etc.) There is also a price for this, but they really pay attention to them. The only problem is that animals are not allowed in the restaurant at breakfast - you can only eat with your pets on the terrace. This was a problem now, even in the summer, on 1-1 rainy mornings, but from autumn to spring it is definitely a bigger problem.

The stay at the Hotel Flachauerhof was one of the best experiences. Starting from the reception - Staff was really helpful and gave us all needed information. The room was clean and comfy. The Hotel is pet friendly - our Westie got a snack as a welcome gift. All pet stuff was already there (dog bowls, dog-bed). They provide parking spots. Great breakfast. Location is perfect. I fully recommend! :)

We were there during a very hot period and air conditioning would be a life saver! However, the views made up for its missing ;)

I totally recommend this place. Cosy, very clean and modern place. Great spa with different types of saunas. Free toiletries, bathrobe, and sleepers. Rituals's products ✨️ 😍 In conclusion, this place is perfect for relaxing 😌, enjoying the beautiful mountain surroundings and fresh air.

Beautiful hotel, great location, modern, very well designed, the staff was very kind and helpful and they made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived very late due to heavy traffic as we were driving from far, and reception closes at 20:00 so we contacted them and they told us they will leave our key in a safe box, she made sure we had all the instructions and she was always willing to help and really kind. The room was big and pleasant, I loved the rituals toiletries! And the view was beautiful, the bed was also comfortable, and breakfast was excellent! They had a lot of choice and variety :) We only stayed 1 night as we needed a stop over, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! I wish we could have stayed longer, but we are hoping to go back sometime again :) thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality!

Really nice big room and the great breakfast made my husband very happy. Very clean room and friendly staff.

Only thing is that the showerhead was broken and could not stay up.

Great breakfast , not something big, but definitely enough. I arrived with family members which need Kosher food and brought it from home, the hotel's kitchen allow us to store our food in their refrigerator. We took 3 rooms, all of there were very big, fantastic rooms with a great view Staff member are very friendly.

You can add small minibar in the room as a standard - this will allow Jews religious ppl to store their food with more comfort way.

Everything was clean, room was nice, reception very kind and helpful!

The shared balcony separated with wooden stick only and either one of the residents who have a room next to each other can not have privacy. On top of that, we could not even open our windows, because guests next to us were smoking through out the whole night on that sharef balcony.

The hotel is new and has good brdrooms The staff was smiling and pleasant, the breakfast was very good and very varied, we only lacked a kettle in the room which would have improved the stay at the hotel for five days we stayed at the hotel and we really enjoyed the location which was convenient for us along with the environment in which it is located

It would have been very helpful if they had put an electric kettle in the room as well

It was really nice looking, exceptionally clean

Basic pillows wasn’t the most comfortable, matress was on the firmer side (I like softer ones)
