The staff was very friendly and ready to answer our questions about things to do in the neighbourhood. They spoke English, that was great for us. The apartment was very clean and the balcony was huge with an amazing view of the Alps. The location of the Aparthotel is very convenient as it is right at a highway exit. You can hear the highway noise a bit when you are out on the balcony, but it is quiet inside. We absolutely loved our 2-night stay here!

Everything, friendly and helpfull staff, we had some change in reservation and they were really attentive, location is perfect, close to highway so easy to move around. They are kids friendly, playground in the basement and lot of kids stuff around, trampoline, football pitch, sandbox etc, so our kids enjoyed our time there. Really pleasant stay in Flachau!

It’s very nice and child friendly hotel.Highly recommend for families visitors.There is inside children play room , laundry room,sauna bath with neat and clean towels provided.Breakfast also yummy😋.staff who serve the breakfast it was women and she was very nice .there is free cyclic for the visitors and also in front of apartment play park and trampoline for children.

The best place ur will stay with ur family, we had extended our stay for 3 more nights . Easy to access great location , good facilities, close to supermarkets and friendly staff . My kids enjoyed the playground and bicycles as well petting the goats.

Stopped for one night on way back from Slovenia. Would have loved to stay longer and explore the local area. Great accommodation, large rooms for family of four and kitchenette was great!

It was definitely a Paradise for kinds and my whole family! Very good location, clean, very friendly people and staff! Would recommend this place for sure!

Maybe just only one suggestion - have a water in the sauna to refill.

Room was clean and big and nicely decorated with curtains. All kitchenware were there. Got complementary flachau card for all. Near to all sports and sight seeings. Nice mountain view from the balcony.

Could have given a table fan in summer season. Though in night when you tilt the window room was cool enough.

Crazy expensive breakfast. Left a bad taste in our mouth paying in excess of €70 for a very basic breakfast. For that sum you would expect close to a 5 star serving. This was not.

Relax - sauna, steam. A short distance to the slopes.

Even though the price should have been final (including ort tax), we again paid extra ort tax on the final bill.

The hotel is located right at the entrance to the town and is easy to get to, still very quiet, you can walk to restaurants and the supermarket, there are facilities for children and we had a great time there.
