Recently stayed at Hotel Sonnhof in Mühlbach and was thoroughly impressed, deserving a solid 5-star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The hotel’s location is perfect for ski enthusiasts like us 🎿, with a free shuttle bus 🚌 to the slopes, making our trips effortless and enjoyable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable 🧼, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere after a day in the snow ❄️. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff 😊. They went above and beyond, notably when they prepared a fresh pizza 🍕 for my kids after missing dinner time. Such acts of kindness made our stay feel special ❤️. Reliability is another strength of Hotel Sonnhof. When in need, the staff promptly helped us arrange transportation 🚕, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. While Hotel Sonnhof isn’t about luxury, it shines in comfort, value for money 💸, and genuine hospitality 🤝. It’s an excellent choice for anyone seeking a straightforward, pleasant stay in Mühlbach. The rooms are not luxury, and are not intended as such, but great value for money

Lovely atmospheric hotel with superb location both for exploring Hochkonig Region (the free bus stop in the front of the hotel) and other attractions. Spacious rooms with great facilities in the rooms and the bathroom ( big wardrobe, spacious bathroom cabinet, hairdryer in the room among the other things are a big plus). Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet - big plus for menu variety, which slightly changes everyday.

The restaurant at the hotel did not offer meals in the evening, while we stayed. (except of snacks and drinks). Which let us to explore the surroundings - there is a restaurant 5min walk from the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated with the ski bus stop conveniently located right in front of the building. The ski room is well-equipped with heated racks for boots, which is a fantastic addition. The restaurant also offers delicious food.

One downside was that the temperature in the rooms and throughout the entire facility was too high, making it a bit uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep.

The Highlight was the friendliness and authentic warm-hearted hospitality by the owners along with their team who all provided a welcoming atmosphere 😀 we definitely recommend thos place to stay!

Facilities were a bit older but still working very well and the value for money was great

We have found an absolute 💎 of a place to stay. We arrived an hour late for our check in and we were welcomed with a smile and a very warm welcome. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and everyone was so friendly, actually made us feel like we were part of the family and not just a customer! THANK YOU. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. Sauna and breakfast included. Tasty food. Possibility to order dinner. 10 min driving by car from the ski resort. Ski bus stop just near the hotel. Large bed and sofa as well. Parking near the hotel. Ski equipment drying room exist.

The Staff was super friendly and welcoming, always making the stay as comfortable as possible. The hospitality was amazing! We will come again!

A very minor thing was that one sauna was not so warm. But in general the Sauna facility was very clean.

The family room can accomodate up to five people and is still not too crowded. We also enjoyed the wide breakfast selection.

Although the facility has several saunas, only one of them was heated up. The sauna could also be opened longer.

The staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and good.

The wifi in our room was not working properly. We were travelling with three children, sleeping in the same room. Contrary to our bed, that slept very well, the sidebeds for the children were not so comfortable.

Location is very scenic and beautiful during day and night. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lot of options and breads are very fresh and soft. Staff is very friendly and helpful in every aspect. They are the best.
