We were 4 friends going on a trip and booked 2 rooms. Sadly me and another friend could not go, but we did not cancel our room reservation since the storno fee was 100% of the price. When my other 2 friends arrived, the hotel staff offered, that they will not charge us for the one room, that we ended up not using. It really nice gesture from them, because they did not have to do that at all and could charge us for both rooms according to the terms we agreed upon. My friends also told me, that the room and everything was really nice and were overall satisfied with everything. Thank you, i will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends.

We chose this hotel as a starting possition to go skiing to Flachau/Flachauwinkl/Wagrain. The location was perfect. There are many restaurants neadby. The garage is spacious and it offers direct entrance to the ski room but it is for extra fee. The rooms are modern, well equiped and the bed was comfortable. Walk-in wardrobe was a good surprise.

We would appretiate a small fridge in the room but otherwise everything was okay.

Receptionist was amazing and so informative. She was super informative and got us all the information we needed. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Climate control was easy to use and kept us cool on a very warm evening. My children were very excited to play in the children’s playroom, complete with Ball Pit and slide. The KittyBot collecting breakfast dishes was a hit with my youngest daughter. Amazing property for guests of all ages.

I truly can’t think of anything to complain about.

We were cycling the Alpe Adria route and stayed here for just 1 night. The room was very clean and had a nice shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice, the atmosphere was relaxed and we especially appreciated the secure bike storage room in the basement. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and super helpful.

The room was smaller than expected and twin beds in quite close proximity. Not really an issue if you're comfortable with who you're travelling with.

Room -good A/C (temp. adjustable) -safety box -comfy bed -black out curtains -some dislike, I liked the(whitened) glass between WC and bedroom -enough 230V sockets Hotel -laundry room with washingmachine/dryer on 4th floor with ironing board (Miele brand). Detergent from reception -bar (no food though) -kind and helpful staff in reception/bar -good brekafast until 10:00 Location -200m from trainstation -Gasthof Tirolerwirt or Papa Roy pizzeria for dinner (both about 500/700m) from hotel)

Very modern and comfortable property, in the centre of town. The playroom for the kids was optimal as we picked this location for a 1 night stay on our way south. Breakfast was okay with moderate selection.

We are willing to pay for quality but in hindsight we found the hotel a bit too expensive for what it offers. Even the garage parking sets you back 11 euro a night. The Breakfast coffee was disappointing.

Very convenient for the train into Salzburg. New building and the room was generally well designed. Breakfast choice was good. The laundry room was a good idea.

I set the Air conditioning to 16C but the room was well over 20C all night. The shelf for the microwave was too close to the bathroom door. Needs foam to protect people from banging their head on it.

Location is literally 3 minutes walk from train station and 3 min walk to bus station where ski bus starts. The hotel is new, all facilities are also new. The room was very clean. Great sauna on the 7th floor - it costs few extra euro and it was almost empty, we were the only guests on most of the days.

Bathroom has a glass door and partially a glass wall, that means when you switch on the light in the bathroom is also enlightens a room, which is disturbing at night. Kitchen equipment can be improved - everything was just 2, like 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 caps, etc

Everything was new! Clean, modern and spacious. Has a nice balcony and views to the mountains, train station and town. Good beds. They have a paid parking, but there’s also a possibility to park your car in the parking lot to the left of the hotel building. It’s paid, but costs less (free during night hours). You can buy parking in the evening and it will start counting in the morning only.

incredible room very nice design and furniture i like the way the room looks like. the possibilities of having caffemachines and modifying the rooms etc. is also very cool concept the hotel is very close to the train station. which is another advantage.

I expected that spaservices are included in the price of the hotel. however everything on the top seems to be paid separately. As well the parking has not been free.
