The hotel had plenty of parking right in front of the hotel which made unpacking easy. We were traveling with a dog and they were very accommodating even offering to let the dog into a part of the dining room. Our room was spectacular with a great view and lots of storage space. I don't like to live out of a suitcase, so was pleasantly surprised at the amount of hangers and hooks. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and my favorite parts were the delicious types of homemade bread and the fact that they had a cappuccino machine AND filtered coffee - the best of both worlds. The spa area was super clean, the water temperature was perfect, there were plenty of bath and sauna towels and they were always refilling the drinks in the pool/spa area. All in all we noticed that they go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. Highly recommend!

This Hotel was like a winter wonderland it's warm and friendly staff are welcoming and approachable. The scenery is stunning to say the least. On arrival to the hotel our room was presented with lots of little goodies such as a platter of bakery treats with large bottle of mineral water. We then had a complementary lunch with soup and cake with hot beverage of choice. These little touches really made our stay memorable. My visit was one of sadness in a sense was with my best friend who is very ill and I just wanted a memory that we could share I think I will book again in new year it was the perfect place to relax or ski and explore. For just a while we was able to forget about our troubles and just be in a little paradise. I would recommend anyone who loves natures beauty to visit this spectacular hotel. I will be returning there when I next have a chance.

Amazingly I have no complaints about any particular thing. I noted not one thing on my stay that displeased me.

Beautiful located hotel with family and friendly atmosphere . Specious rooms with traditional alpine style. Very clean. Nice wellness with separate part for adults. Sun terrace with outstanding view. Good food. Nice people. Nature arround. Full relaxation!

Great breakfest, very kind staff, everything is clean and fresh, location is excellent for hiking directly from hotel or in surrounding by car or hiking bus. Location is great also for nearby excursions- We visit Eisriesenwelt, Hallstat, Salzburg iz about 60 km from hotel…

Nothing to complain about

The food was average for this type of hotel, also I asked for gluten free diet when making the reservation, but no GF bread or pastry was awailable for breakfast, what they have at other hotels. I had to double check every dinner course with the staff and they served not gluten free dessert. Be careful if you're coeliac as I am.

I just loved everything the facility offered

The hotel was great, the staff very friendly and the spa area great. We had a spacious room with a balcony and mountain view. Especially the spa area was much to our liking. There is a separate family area in the wellness area, which we thought was a great idea as the actual sauna area is off limits to children and therefore very quiet.

The fitness room is pretty much non existent. There are two very old fitness machines stuffed into an open room alongside a table tennis table. Dinner was good but not very good, especially for vegetarians the food was quit dry.

Staff were friendly and very helpful with organizing day hikes. The food was phenomenal and the location was perfect for a getaway in the mountains.
