We booked the Familiensuite Superior and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated—everything was perfect. The location is also great, right next to a mall and in the city center. There’s a large playground nearby for the kids, and several ice cream shops within a five-minute walk. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains, which was truly amazing. The spa area is decent, and the kids absolutely loved it. The food was also quite good, with enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes. Parking was convenient as well—there’s a spacious underground garage directly connected to the hotel, making it easy to bring your luggage up using the hotel's trolleys and elevator.

We were fortunate to stay one of the renovated rooms. It was bright, clean, big and tastefully furnished. We really enjoyed the view of the mountain off of the balcony, we appreciated the small fridge in the room. The breakfast had a lot of variety, something for everyone. The service at the front desk, at the bar and in the dining room was very good. We requested early check in and the staff at the front desk were very good about accommodating the request. The hotel is located across the street from a small shopping mall which also had a grocery store. The free parking in the underground parking garage was also a plus as was the pool.

I was very surprised to discover that the handle on the sliding door onto the balcony felt and looked like it was going to fall off at any minute. Certain areas of the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke which wasn't pleasant for non-smoking guests.

This is the third time we were in Alpenland hotel, the food is excellent, and the buffet is exceptional fantastic. It is 7 min driving distance to ski Alpendorf, and you can get 10% discount at intersport ski equipment borrowing. We also encountered the Skispringen Champion in the hotel, as well as other national teams from different countries. What a surprise! This is also a very family friendly hotel, children enjoyed very much. It has children play room, swimming pool, billiard and so on. I am not a person like to have holiday at the same place for many years, however, I would like to come back again next year!

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s super cozy and perfect for everyone—whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with furry friends. As a solo female Asian traveler, I felt safe and welcomed here. The food is superb, so be sure to include the half board option or make a reservation. Great value for money! While some may find the hotel a bit old, I personally love the vintage wooden feel—it adds so much character and charm.

If the God was a snowboarder and he needed a place where he could have a great rest in a big room on a wide bed, taste a sumptuous dinner and a great breakfast, lie down after an extreme skating rink in the sauna and work out in the gym, he would definitely choose only this hotel. One of the best hotels in the Alps.

Very minor - I didn't find power sockets for mobile phone and notebook charging near the bed and near the working table.

An amazing apartment room, thanks for the hotel's compliment to our family. Very cosy and family-friendly atmosphere, high level of service (and friendliness), and last but not the least - the delicious cuisine, both for breakfast, and especially for themed dinners. We can't thank the facility enough for our wonderful stay in the region! And as an icing on the cake for everyone arriving by car - a very convenient underground parking!

Very well located on many.Bike routes. They have a secure room for bikes. The rooms are spacious with a balcony. We ate at the hotel. The food was good. Good shower but small bathroom. Bed very comfortable, good wifi, good TV, shops close by. Breakfast was very good with many choices of cooked or cold food, good coffee machines. There was a spa, sauna and pool onsite but we didn’t use them.

The staff was very friendly, at reception, at breakfast and dinner, even house keeping. The hotel is quite big and although not a new building the decor was lovely.

The only small point I didn't like was that the pool didn't seem to be clean. There was a strange smell from the water and "things" were floating in the jacuzzi. Apart from that, the pool and spa area were spotless.

Food was very good and they organize also theme dinners. Waiters are super polite and helpfull especially with children. Hotel is well located in the center of the village. Underground free of charge Parking. The children playroom also a great touch. Great value for money.

The hotel needs some attention/renovations in some areas but nothing criticall for the decent prices they charge.

Great location in the city center, next to the shopping center, bus station and restaurants. The room has been big and comfortable and the staff helpful. Great variety for the breakfast. We also had the dinner in the hotel's restaurant. They have a good service, a menu or a buffet.We have chosen the buffet and we were very happy with our choice.
