I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional amenities and services provided. The indoor pool was a delightful escape, allowing for a relaxing swim regardless of the weather outside. The gym was well-equipped, catering to all my fitness needs, and the media room was a great space to unwind and enjoy some entertainment. The breakfast and dinner offerings were truly exceptional. Each meal was delicious, featuring a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The quality and presentation of the food exceeded my expectations every time. What really stood out to me, however, was the staff. Every member of the personnel was extremely nice, kind, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel's location is very good, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

When asking for a lactose free egg meal, they provided a weird tasting vegan egg. However after explaining that I am not vegan, the issue was quickly resolved. :) Tip: take the chairs away in the sky sauna and put more lounge chairs. More people can then enjoy it. Plates are maybe taken away a bit too fast (while one has not yet finished the meal).

Excellent restaurant, super moden gym, lobby, fantastic wellness and 100m from slopes.

Room we stayed in. We were at room 200 and this needed reconstruction 2 years ago. Noise from the street, bad mattress and furniture. Room was very clean but it does not match with luxury lobby, restaurant with fantastic chefs, excellent wellness and state-of-the art gym.

We were forced to sit at specific tables at breakfast. This was very weird as there were many free places and yet it was like a rule existed to allocate every room to a specific table. This made no sense as the breakfast was a buffet, so it’s not like staff had to search for you to deliver your food

There is no coffee or tea in the room. With the price we pay, it would be nice to have a set of coffee/tea in each room.

The room was very nice, very nice design modern and classic at the same time, comfy beds and the breakfast and dinner were also very good. Friendly staff, great massage as well!

A hotel of this level should not charge for the coffee or tea in the room. Apart from this very small detail the hotel was very good, there's nothing not to like.

Staff was amazingly helpful for late checkin after midnight. Breakfast was far above average, really amazing (and I travel lots, seen tons of hotels in Austria). Also Lobby and Breakfast room are designed amazingly.

Room is a little outdated design wise, but all clean and functioning, so fine afterall.

We were greeted in a VERY friendly way by the staff. Even though we only stayed for a night, all staff was really nice and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms spacious, clean and had a good view. Thanks for the nice stay!
