Perfectly situated next to the ski lift in Alpendorf. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. There is a floor heating you can adjust yourself. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved the infinity pool and the modern spa. There are three different saunas and a steambath. Unfortunately the pool is at a different level and not attached to the spa. Tea is available at the spa.

The pool is not connected to the spa. Our apartment had only a tiny balcony which was very exposed.

Our stay was during the low season, there were only a few guest in the hotel, and it was very nice to get an uppgraded room for free. We had a beautiful mountains view, 2 terraces, the apartment was very spacious, cozy, stylish, with a very comfortable bed. The spa area was amazing - there are 4 different saunas, we have visited finn sauna and another 60 degrees sauna, both had a very pleasant aroma, after sauna you can drink a tea on a comfy bed for full relaxation. The pool was heated and had a great view, so despite bad weather, we were able to enjoy a refreshing swim. Both spa and pool area are free to visit for all guests, and you can even ask them for spa to remain open late in the evening, if you'd like to use it at that time. I would say it is an ideal place for a romantic weekend, I wish we could stay there for longer.

We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. Haven Mountain Retreat has very comfortable location for the skiers - near to the ski lifts. They also have a skier lockers with boot dryers, where you can comfortably and safely leave your belongings. If you need something, there is an InterSport shop and rental point on site, where you can get all you need. I recommend doing it online: saves time! The hotel itself - really nice staff both at the reception and the the deck 7, where they serve breakfasts and dinners. Breakfast: good with excellent "pan" dishes (omelettes, pan cakes etc.). Dinner: this is an a la carte restaurant in the evening open to everyone, so book in advance.

The kitchenware was rather minimalistic. We did not have to cook, just to warm some food for our dog, but even this required some juggling as there was only one pot. (One pan as well, but this we did not need). I have heard lady raising similar remark - "If she had to cook, it would not be possible". No brochures or maps in English at the reception, only in German, so for those with limited mastering of the language, a small challenge.

Everything. The Apartment is exceptional - beautiful, very clean, well equipped. We were surprised for good that our stay was included cleaning. The pool is great with amazing view. The Restaurant is excellent - great dinner menu, great view. The Sauna is amazing as well.

We liked everything. If I can suggest only one thing - for long stay (we stayed for 5 nights) it would be more convenient if the place will have washing machine and dryer for self use.

Very nice architecture and furniture. Spacious rooms. Very big bed.

The bedroom can not be locked, which would be nice when there is a bathroom seperated by glass from the bedroom. We did not get the room we booked (which was confirmed twice by the hotel).

In such a top hotel you should have a 'rain' shower! Now the lifts are open at 8 the breakfast should start at 7 iso 7.30

Wonderful apartment.

The pool is cold!!! Not warm. On the website is „heated“ - but it is „kind of“ heated. It is cold!!!(26 maximum). We expected nice warm (at least 32‘) water… Restaurant looks wonderful, the food was good but nothing special. Some of the employees are quite unprofessional. We will not come back.

Fantastic views, excellent facilities

This is nothing major but the fitness room could benefit from having towels and water handy at all times.

everything- this is new and very fresh property. the rooms are very fancy and equipped with everything you would need. the view from big balcony is amazing overlooking the mountains. the infinity kind of pool adds on to the property along with free parking. special thanks to Julia who helped us for every thing.
