The staff was extremely friendly, especially with our one year hold. The nursery was a welcome addition, even though we only used it for an hour. The swimming pools, inside, outside and for kids were great, the temperature was right even for our baby. The rooms with the padded beds, were fantastic, our tiny one, loves to explore and bump into things. The breakfast is pretty decent (could be improved, but i have seen way worse, and better).

The towels could definitely be bigger, especially given you guys have a spa and a swimming pool. Overall, nothing else.

Honestly one of the best stays we’ve had in this region. The facilities were wonderful, an infinity rooftop pool with a beautiful view and good temperature, the wellness and spa area was amazing as well. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want, and finally, the staff are very helpful and friendly, with a special mention and thank you to Christoph from the reception desk for his kindness!! Can only recommend this place for a relaxing holiday!

Breakfast was lovely. Lot's of variety. A friendly lady baking fresh eggs and waffles. Staff very kind. Good (selfservice) juice machine to make fresh orange/carrot/celery/ beetroot juice...highly appreciated! Good coffee at choice served at your table. The hotel obviously gives you a fixed table that will be yours the entire stay. Sometimes a bit weird not being able to sit at the window or an available table at your own choice but the staff does net set a table twice. That is their chosen policy. We did not sign up for halfboard as that was no option at the time of our booking with booking.com. If you have HB you get a table assigned in the dinner restaurant. Same setting as breakfast. Dinner menu is communicated in the form of a journal/paper on your table at breakfast and offers a menu (starters-main and dessert). Also always a choice of pizza. We checked the menu and setting but were not able to eat there now. We did get an alternative table at their Bistro restaurant (bar/pizza) but honestly this was very crowded. Too noisy for us. The Spa, we did daily and it is lovely. Very charming setting (naked obliged though), peaceful and quiet, lot's of good and clean sauna options and a relax room with a view. The outside pool and inside pool and slide one are great offers but sadly in our week over crowded and after 16:00-18:30 full of young kids. Very loud and busy. Further all was good. Overall lovely staff, Nina very helpful and kind in the morning, reception staff very kind and attentive even before arrival, clean hotel facilities and rooms and great location for skiing.

So as the main restaurant was not an option if no HB, we were referred the first day to the Bistro in the hotel. That honestly was way too crowded and loud for us. Very loud. Full of families with young kids, pool table, darts... the next days we went outdoors to good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The set up of the pool with an inside pool, outside rooftop pool and another with a slide for kids is beautifully done and a great concept but honestly as we have no young kids anymore it was a bit overwhelming and sometimes too crowded in the pool. Thankfully we had the wellness area to relax.

Unique combination between old and new, the property was very clean and the staff were very nice and generous. The hotel’s view was amazing and the pool, gym and bistro were all very good! Also rich spa area

There were renovations in front of the hotel that were a bit disturbing.

My wife had a health issue and your bartender, gentleman from Bihač, was above all the expectations. He deserves all the credit for his kind gestures and help provided. Also other members were very helpfull.

Great location next to the gondola lift and the slopes. The dinner included in the halfboard was exceptional on both evenings and the waiter called Adam provided us with great service. The spa area was very relaxing and the rooftop pool amazing with beautiful views.

The pillows could be better.

Superb, friendly, family feel. Staff were extremely attentive from the first moment we arrived and made us feel very welcome. Lovely bar and restaurant. Food was excellent and nice little pizza restaurant attached to the hotel. Pool and wellness facilities were fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was nice but no view as it was in the middle of the hotel - though to be fair we went for the cheapest room and spent all out time on the slopes, in the bar, in the restaurant or in the pool/wellness facilities so that didn't matter. There was a bit of noise as our room was near staff rooms but we politely mentioned it to reception and it was fine after that.

Additional activities, changing on a daily basis. Good levels of guest information. Quiet rooms. Great spa area

Could have been clearer that we had a set table for breakfast

The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. The spa facilities were truly amazing, providing a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes.

The hotel was clean and offered a lot of activities . The breakfasts were amazing and the dinners were generally good with lots of choice. An excellent salad bar. Sadly the waterfall pool was not working but the spa, the roof top and indoor pool were excellent. The location was superb and we were given lockers in the ski shop next to the gondola and were able to ski off directly.

I would have expected complementary tea and coffee in the rooms and to be able to eat in the pizzeria as part of the meal plan. An earlier opening of the pool before 9AM would also have been appreciated .
