We booked a two bedroom apartment for 4 adults and 3 children. The space looked small in the photos but it was HUGE! So so much room and so cozy, with everything you could need! The pool was included in the stay (from the wording I didn't think it would be, but it was)! This little valley is absolutely gorgeous. We've stayed in the Salzburg area before and you will enjoy this cozy beautiful town so much more than staying somewhere bigger!

Paying for parking in an already costly stay

Location was great in the center of village, in easy walking distance to shops, a variety of restaurants and walks. Convenient to be able to make own breakfast or have the option to pay for excellent buffet breakfast. Jura coffee machine was a bonus and washing machine and dryer made which wash easy. Great balcony.

Basics like salt and pepper, tea bags, at least some coffee beans to get you started and rubbish bags were not provided. No washing machine powder and no option to purchase the amount for one load provided. Even longer stays don’t have room service or at least the option to get fresh towels. There was a charge forfite wood even though our stay was in summer!

How can you fault a place when everything was perfect! Location, facilities, service - Travel Charme had it all and more. The attention to detail was exceptional. From the neatly stocked kitchenette , the firm but comfortable beds and the mountain views from our room to the amazing rain shower and the fresh bread roll service which is delivered to the apartment on order. A free shuttle service picks you up at one of the 3 train stations nearby and drops at the front of the hotel. If you enjoy skiing, there's a regular free ski bus right outside. All the staff were polite and professional and attended to all our needs - a special mention to Bokdan the evening receptionist!

Apartment inventory was very limited when it comes to cooking and cutlery. For the apartment they charge extra for the wood for the fireplace and the Spa. On a daily basis. I think it would be much nicer to include this into the final fees and not billing you on site at every occasion

Kids are not allowed in the swimming pool after 18:00. Would be good to add more kitchen cutlery, it is a bit annoying. Not too many free parking places.

Large comfortable apartments , full of light . There is everything you need for cooking. Comfortable large beds. Stunning view of the surroundings. Hotel much better than apartments, but if you have a big family and children, better to choose the apartment .

25€ per day is too much for the small dog in apartment. The coffee machine didn't work . I asked about it on the Rezeption . Unfortunately no one came to fix it. The fireplace cannot be lit, apparently it is poorly cleaned. Not too pleasant smell of soap and its quality.

Smoothest check in ever experienced View and facilities of the resort Excellent location The staff were really warming and cordial. Helped us in all way possible. It was very sweet of them to offer water and snacks for our drive after check out We truly enyoyed our stay here and were mesmerised with the view and climate this town offered us. It's was just drive away for all major tourist town if salzburg, Zellamsee, st wolfgang, Hallstat.

Wish they could provide with food till late atleast 11pm

Everything was more than we expected. Customer service was excellent and beautiful condo. We had a great time at the city and on slopes. Very beautiful surroundings and friendly people at the spa and restaurant. Fireplace in apartment with rocking chair was relaxing. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Would love to visit this place in a spring or summer.

Very pleasant, comfortable apartment, equipped with basically everything you need. With a great view to the mountains.

Parking in the village is almost impossible, so i had to request the undergrtound garage which means extra payment.

the apartment is luxury. modern style. it is like resort style not hotel. quite place. perfect for families and who looking for quite place far from city and shopping.

- no cleaning service. - washing machine is outside and sharing.
