Centrally located in Abtenau with the front entrance on a lively, picturesque medieval square and the rear entrance having a delightful garden. Useful car park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Half-board option good value for money.

Slightly let down by food of poor quality - tinned fruit salad and squash-like juice at breakfast (though the coffee was excellent), limited salad buffet, no bread offered with the evening meal.

The staff of the hotel impressed us for incredible Customer service. They were available to solve any of our problem (we had a big issue with car) with professionalism and care, giving notable advices and helping with relentless commitment. Nice restaurant, nice pastry making. Position unbeatable right in the main square of Abtenau. Rooms clean, modern structure. They deserve highest score.

loved our stay in the centre of this small village. lovely personnel. beautiful renovated hotel. we could charge our EV here at the parking lot of the hotel. very convenient. breakfast was good. dinner was also ok! we did not use the wellness, but we could use it to shower after we had already checked out! that was very nice!

Warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who made my trip more interesting with great advices & tips about everything, would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! Food delicious yet bit heavy. But that’s just character of local, traditional cuisine. Could have some lighter, perhaps vegetarian choices.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms very clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large and had lots of space. We booked half board and meals were varied each day and tasted delicious.

We have stayed here for 4 nights, it was wonderful stay! Food, rooms, staff... everything was perfect. We enyojed it a lot. Hopefully we will visit this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the center of Abtenau, staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and big enough (not the usual hotel size chambers). They have a small swimming pool and a peacful garden. Perfect place to relax, but a good base also if you want to discover the neighbouring mountains, lakes and towns.
