Stunning views from the balcony rooms. Very clean. Great location. The staff were very accomadating and brought us a kettle so we could make tea. There are no tea coffee making facilities in our room. We borrowed cups and dishes and made our own breakfast.

We did not partake in the breakfast . It was 13 euros per person for cold food. We like a hot breakfast. Good tea and coffee making facilities though. Despite looking at the google earth pictures, It looks like there is an outdoor pool. This is now CLOSED to the public.

Location was amazing... 10min away from shops, restaurants and direct connection to Salzburg... Hotel was located in such a way that you feel you are miles from anyone and completely surrounded by nature... Views from the bedroom was the best you could ask for, looking up into the surrounding mountains... You could spend a entire day in bed just enjoying the mountain vies... Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was ok

Do not book a room with out a mountain view! You will regret it! Your experience will not be the same... What makes this place grate is the views from your rooms.... The back rooms have no views and you would be better off finding better accommodation in the nearby village... The hotel is on a hill, located at the entrance to a Gorge... A very busy road passes through the Gorge. Road noise was a bit of a shock to me at first, but ones you get over it, the vies and nature made up for the noise and did not bother me nearly as much...

The staffs are friendly and they make you feel right at home. The view is spectacular and as a guest, you get to hike the Salzaklamm as often as you wish (visitor pays 5 euro for entry). Free coffee before 5pm and desserts and drinks are available for sales. The sauna section is a nice add although we did not use it much since it is summer.

There are limited hiking trails/public transportation in the area so you must have a car to drive to other places. We wish the hotel would offer dinner service so we do not have to drive out every night. The breakfast selection is limited but we really like the coffee there.

Room had a balcony with a view into the mountains and trees (there is a main road underneath the hotel though). Tea and cake was served in the afternoons which was great to relax with mid activities. Sauna was available but we didnt use it.

Slightly more expensive than facilities would suggest given location above a main road, however we were peak summer season, was convenient for visiting the ice caves and Salzburg.

The hotel was charming, with great views from the balcony and terrace. We stayed there with a toddler for a week and it was a great choice for us. The area has an indoor and outdoor play area that kept our little one entertained and we could enjoy a quiet drink at the terrace. Breakfast was great and a good choice for all the family. The hotel is in the mountains so a rented car is a must-have.

There are not many restaurants or supermarkets in the vicinity but it's not the property's fault. But something to keep in mind when arriving late. It was a bit challenging that rooms did not have at least a small fridge but we were offered to keep some items in the restaurant's kitchen so that worked ok at the end. The building has no lift, which was a bit tough when getting our bags up and down. Overall experience is very good, things mentioned here are just points for other travellers to keep in mind when choosing their stay and not at all negative about the property.

Nice location between all local attractions . Salzburg, Liechtenstein gorge, salt mine, and Hallstatt in short distance. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The only downside was room temperature - extremely warm. Would definitely benefit from air conditioning or at least fan.

No air conditioning. The mattress was not comfortable. During our stay, there was an alarm clock ringing everyday at 6:00 am, and it kept ringing for 45 minutes (we were told it was the alarm of an employee who probably woke up before the alarm, but it woke us up)

we had a suite that was very large and very convenient. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is great, bountiful and everything is fresh. The staff is amazing and takes the time to address every question and concern. The location is perfect, in the middle of the Salzburgland area and very close to Golling and the A10 highway. We stayed for 9 nights and had the best experience.

A refrigerator in the room will be helpful and the wifi in the room itself is weak.

We booked for 4 people and 2 rooms. Two rooms were well separated and the second room were on the top floor where the stairs are through the same room. The main room has a TV, sofa and a balcony. Toilet and wash area were together.

It was exactly the location in the middle of our drive from Italy back home. Also it is on very quiet place, where you can relax and gain energy before drive, hiking trip etc. Perfect breakfast with breathtaking views.

It is a shame that the restaurant was not “fully” open so the menu and opening hours were limited. The same applies for the Spa closing at 7pm which is a bit early.
