Staff was very friendly. Food was good at the facility. Great location near hike and waterfall. I wish I had a bike as there were many roads for biking. Beautiful views.

Older facility- bathroom was a little different(shower and toilet in one room- so everything got wet). Shared balcony. The facility is very busy as it is large enough to accommodate tour buses. We had 3 tour buses of teenagers stay while we were there. Evenings were loud because of this but they quieted down by 10 pm.

Dog friendly hotel at a great location near glorious waterfalls. It was an overnight stay for us. Delicious pankakes at restaurant.

The brekfast was not organized well. You had to find a coffee/tea/juice station in one of halls. Meal was not replenished in a timely manner. As we had to stay outside on a terrace with a dog, we had to go through the whole hotel with meal.

The location was the most amazing I have ever been. Balcony facing the Alps, fresh air, amazing people and the hotel was awesome. We now want to go back again. Ah... and it was so close to the Waterfall. Completely perfect!!!

Absolutely NOTHING!! the owner / manager was just the nicest and always took time to help if we needed a question answered, etc.

The person at the reception (presumely the owner) was very kind and even spoke French. Even at 11.30PM the doors were still open and there was someone at the reception. It felt like a cosy hotel. Enough parking for guests. We also had a terrace with a nice view.

Be careful on the parking ground, the ground is uneven on numerous spots and it scratched our car below the front bumper.

Super friendly, very comfortable in the middle of the mountains with amazing views and great staff. We loved how authentic it was and bonus right beside the waterfall and 3 or so km from a lake to swim. Loved it

We stayed only for one night but the staff was kind and the room was cosy and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good variety. The only thing we would recommend is to add notes for example to marmalades just to know what flavour they are :).

Couldn’t open the windows as people were smoking on the shared balcony.

I liked the style of the hotel.The rooms were clean and comfortable.The location of the hotel is perfect it s so peaceful and beautiful.The food is delicius.

The breakfast was very yummy , the location is beautiful ! I slept 6 nights and i wish i could stay longer haha. I the The host was super friendly , Nice man! Will definitely come back! 👌🏼
