Everything was more than perfect.

If I have to find something to improve: the bar could be open longer than until 6 pm.

Simple yet spacious and immaculately clean room with balcony edged with pretty pink flowers overlooking the swimming pond. Breakfast had many delicious options. Coffee was good too. Parking is great, the hotel also had a list of decent restaurants nearby (only the Austrian side of the border, which a literally a stonethrow away). Ample parking. Kehlsteinhaus is a less than 10 minute drive, Salzburg about 20 minutes. The hotel offers a lot of Spa treatments that we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to use.

The very nice ladies had a little bit too much to do during breakfast service, with dispensing tea, coffee, cappuccinos, so the breakfast buffet itself (which was very good quality) tended to run out of bread quite fast and didn't get refilled for a while. However, the Bircher muesli i tried instead was delicious.

The lack of variety at breakfast, ate pretty much the same for 3 days while there wasn't much selection. The WiFi connection wasn't good, lots of disconnection and slow speed.

Amazing view, nice and helpful stuff. The saunas were amazing. Breakfast is very good and homade special. Very recommend! Some good restaurants ear by.

Nice location. Easy to reach many places in mountains on Germany and Austria lands.

1. In the room was doors to another room and you could here what other guests taliking/watching TV and etc. Generally, looks like that all the walls are from paper and you could here other quests walking or even licking the doors. 2. Breakfest: very poor. Not hot meal, only nuts, cereals and some other jams. Never experienced in my life breakfest without hot sausage, scrambled eggs, or any other hot meal!
