Excellent service from all the reception desk staff, the check in process handled by the very friendly,Mr.Kimhork deserves a special mention for the amazing job he did to welcome us and making us feel at home.Daily cleaning provided by the house keeping was a big plus. All the important supermarket chains and buses just a few minutes walk away, and a fairly big mall right opposite the hotel.Just 15 minutes bus ride to the city center. Highly recommended hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay for all those looking for a perfect place to stay in Salzburg. A very big thanks to all the staff.

Super apartment for us as a family - lots of space and a basic kitchen for preparing some food. Location ideas for us as we were travelling through and stayed for the parkrun the following day.

Probably not the most convenient if looking to explore the city further but there were free bikes in the hotel to use and the bike path was just at the back of the hotel. Bus links also directly in front of the hotel.

very close to the flix bus stop, this is a good advantage for late hour trips. perfectly clean and large rooms

Apartment is quite spacious and quiet. The place is clean and comfortable. Close to the ARENA shopping mall, the reception are lovely and friendly. Very recommended. The rooms are ideal for families. Beds and blankets are good. We sleep well. The facilities are very complete. If you want to warm food to eat or cook it yourself, there are equipment ready. Most importantly, there is a balcony suitable for enjoying the view or people who smoke. I asked to use some pictures from the internet. I forgot to take a picture in the bedroom. But the condition of the bedroom looks better than in the picture that I have 😊

Everything is almost flawless. But if possible, I want the pillow to be more fluffy. The pillow is a bit flat 😄

very clean property and close to main roads when going out to sightseeing. The staff are very good. Absolutely no complaint.

Like some hotels you have to put the key card for the lights snd AC to work. if you go out and take the key card, once you get back after visiting Salzburg the room is hot. Ask for 2 keys so you leave one in the room.

It’s not very quite in the night because the room is beside the street.

When we came, the bathroom was not cleaned and the bin was full or trash. The staff was quickly followed up to the cleaner team. Apart from this isolated incident, the rest of the hotel facility was very good

Convenient location close to a mall and grocery stores, 10 minutes drive to city center, Air-conditioned, and available parking.

The room is very spacious with splended mountain view. There is a small kitchen where you can prepare for meals when you stay for several days. The breakfast has met the expectations.

The sofa bed upstairs is too soft for grown-ups.
