Breakfast had a fantastic choice with the option to sit outside on a beautiful terrace . The room was modern and fit out to a very high standard. Pool was stunning with access to sauna , steam room and quiet room . A really beautiful hotel . Easy access into Salzburg from bus stop by hotel .

The only thing as a UK traveller is no tea/coffee tray in the room which we would expect at home and in other countries but not the norm is Austria.

Friendly staff, cleanliness and breakfast

Far too hot in the rooms and impossible to adjust the temperature. Very hard beds. Booking booked us in 2 rooms when we could have easily all been fitted in one room (2 double beds)....

We stayed here because the rooms were advertised to have Air Conditioning. One of our rooms is was not working. They came and looked at it the next day, but it was not improved and no one contacted us.

Hugh room (superior), beautiful old style hotel, very good breakfast , not crowded, great balcony, hugh cool underground garage. We asked for kettle and cups for the room and received immediately. Easy access to Salzburg with car.

We stayed in the older building (garden)- the a/c was weak and we had to leave it on all day to return to cool room (July). In the bathroom the liquid soap is on the far end not accessible from the left sink, the body conditioner is inside the shower instead of outside, no sink in the toilet room.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast buffet caters to diverse tastes, ranging from savory to sweet. The spa area is well-maintained, featuring a steam bath, two saunas, a relaxation room, and an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, it's a delightful hotel, and I look forward to returning.

This was a very nice place. Great staff, the facilities were excellent and the ambiance was great. Location was perfect. Breakfast was incredible, included hotel made jams and jelly, omelets prepared perfectly. Spa with heated pool was super clean and heated.

The absolute best of the best breakfast,good secure parking,efficient and speedy reception team,spotlessly clean room and hotel.The only downside was the wifi which in 2025 was surprisingly poor,however I put that down to the position of Anif with the mountains. Thankyou

Beautifully laid out hotel with very good buffet breakfast. Lovely pool, nice restaurants on site and opposite a bus stop into town, near the zoo and Schloss Hellbrun.

Pool not open all day as it's outside and expensive to heat.

Staff is quite friendly. They gave me better room with no extra charge. I appreciate this generosity. Breakfast was rich. I had a room with balcony, which is very lovely. Bus no 25, comes from & goes to Ferdinand Hanusch Platz in every 15 minutes. Even bus ride to this hotel is very lovely.

Kettle in the room with tea and coffee would be great addition to all these services.

The breakfast was excellent. The room accommodations were excellent. We did have one dinner there, which was only slightly better than average.

While the breakfast spread was excellent. We had one dinner there with food that was only slightly better than average. The ambience was also very average, being seated in a small, stuffy room. The waiter’s service bordered on the surly though the other staff was friendlier.
