Beautifully appointed hotel, excellent, patient and personable staff. Lisa at the front desk was so helpful and truly kind and friendly. The organic breakfast was beyond our expectations! We were able to park our car there on the morning of our arrival and take transit into Salzburg, which was very convenient, not to mention tremendously cheaper than finding parking nearer to the city.

The position of the shower head and taps in the middle of the bath with the shield only covering half the bathtub meant that it was too easy to create a wet bathroom floor.

This is a fantastic hotel and we couldn’t fault our stay here. The friendly staff helped us plan our day in Salzburg and also enjoy the local area. We were able to make the most of our limited time as we were allowed to leave our car early and take the free bus to avoid parking in the city. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, probably the best we’ve had anywhere!

A wonderful staff . Reception , restaurant etc very friendly and helpful . Very welcoming and cooperative . Professional and cheerful The apartment was spacious and clean . Good size bedrooms and the kitchen has everything you need. There also a washing machine i am not sure if it was mentioned in booking. Thank you all so very much

1-There were some plates and a pot in the dishwasher from previous guests that emitted a bad oder. We turn the dishwasher on before we checked out 2- there was a €55 cleaning fee that was not mentioned in the booking. I paid it without asking any questions 😊 3- no wifi :(

An excellent, healthy, and varied breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly, accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location in Anif was exceptional - a little out of town but with a regular bus every 20 minutes. Stunning views and a river you could go swimming in just around the corner.

There was no air conditioning and no screens on the windows of the room, but that is the norm for Austria (or Europe for that matter). The bathtub showers were ok but really tight - again the norm for the region.

Breakfast was very large and diverse, worth visiting the hotel just for the breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and made an effort to help resolve any issues.

On the other hand, our room was booked for 4 people but in fact it was prepared for two (lack of towels and bedding for the other two people), which, combined with a late check-in, caused a lot of confusion and unnecessary doubts. After consideration, the owner offered a second room for an additional fee. We managed to fit it into our budget, but it wasn't exactly what we were expecting. The bar was closed after 22.00. It is not what you are expecting on Saturday evening,

Friendly staff, room had a view on the mountains. The breakfast was wonderful and the whole hotel had a cosy feel surrounded by milk farms. Great stay. There is a bus station nearby to take you to Salzbourg without taking the car. The lady at the reception was very helpful !

No elevator to bring luggage up and no iron or ironing board. We were going a wedding and that would have been helpful. Also, note that there is no air conditioning, although when we were there the temperature was just fine.

Excellent location especially if you are driving an electric car with onsite charging. Ecofriendly hotel with 75KW of solar production. The breakfast spread was awesome. We didn't have to have lunch at all. Short drive from the centre. The bar was super stocked. Icing on the cake was a small stream near the hotel ideal for a swim

The weak WiFi was the only negative aspect and the reason why I rate them a 9 not 10

It is one of the best hotels I ever slept. Run by wonderful Family, very warm and very helpful in case you need any kind of help. Good price for this kind of service. Tasty and delicious breakfast. Bio products highest qulaity.

Loved the location, we were literally 20 min walking from the cable car and only few mins from bus stop to Salzburg town centre. The restaurant was great, serving amazing breakfast. Receptionist went beyond giving us all information and map on the places of interest and getting around. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a great view

We were a family of four traveling to Saszburg. This apartment was fantastic- large, spacious and clean

Have to climb stairs- no elevator Parking was a bit tough as the spot Ms get occupied by folks coming to the on-site restaurant. But the lady in the restaurant was so helpful and moved her vehicle out to allow us to park ours.
